I want to be a healthy eater for life!
I feel amazing about myself when I eat healthy, so I try to consume fruits and vegetables, whole grains and whole wheat, fat free dairy, and plenty of protein!
I also exercise about 5 days a week, so I want to continue to do that, and increase my cardio from 30 minutes to 50 minutes per session.
I want to make these changes, and keep up with them so I can feel good, look good, and be healthy!
