I’ve been super concerned about my health and fitness in the last year. In January of 2008 I started exercising 6 days a week and completely changed my eating habits. I’ve lost almost 50 lbs, and feel so good. RIght now I’m working on getting really toned and keeping a well balanced diet. I want to become a certified personal trainer soon. :)
