I’m just a run-of-the-mill fitness and health enthusiast. Although I do enjoy eating unhealthy food from time to time, I can’t function doing it all the time (this is coming from a guy who used to be a Cherry Coke freak).

As far as health and fitness goals go, I want to constantly improve. If I can look like Greg Plitt in the process, that’s fine too!
