Health & fitness goal:
I’m at a pretty healthy BMI, a point or two below borderline. I’m glad at the same time, I’ve had two kids and they keep me moving about. I wonder about my husband’s BMI, though women tend to have more body fat than men. Maybe I’ll get him a new exercise mp3 player for Christmas, I found this gadget blowout this week (http://www.shop.com/dept-onsale-a.xhtml) and what they have on eBay.
