I get a chance to be creative with food and see the difference it makes in people’s lives. And, I get to work with some really fun people that make me laugh a lot (even if they do beat me all the time at ping pong).

I’d bring TLC Chewy Granola Bars because I could fit them in the pocket of my boardshorts for some extra energy while I’m out surfing for long hours in the ridiculously good waves breaking on the reef protecting the island.

Spending quality time outdoors with family and friends, soaking up the sun and fresh air somewhere clean, traveling, meeting new people, new experiences, listening to music and food’s colors, textures flavors and combinations.
