I have been an athlete my whole life. I have been a vegetarian for a year. I wish it was longer.
I go to the gym three hours a day. Hour one is 5 miles of cross training. The second and third hour consists of strength training, abs, etc.
I run or bicycle on a beautiful nature trail near the gym for 3 1/2 miles ater.
I also am an avid tennis player, volleyball player, and swimmer. I always run 5ks and races.
Being a vegetarian has been the best thing I’ve ever done. I am not a vegan though because I do eat a little cheese and ice cream. I love cooking for the first time in my life because I get to try so many new recipes. I love my body, and I love that I am not hurting any animals or the world.
I am always looking for new challenges and improvements in my diet and exercise routines.
