Health & fitness goal:

i’ve lost a lot of weight over the last year and Kashi products have helped me so much with my weight loss. i’m working on maintaining my weight so i try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. i also try to do something active almost everyday, this summer i started riding my bike again, and i usually ride my bike to the gym. i LOVE Kashi and have tried almost all of their products. i eat a bowl of Kashi cereal for breakfast everyday. i will probably be a faithful Kashi customer for the rest of my life.
