Avocado-Corn Salsa
This colorful salsa comes together in a snap with avocado, frozen corn and ripe tomato.

Ingredients
- 1/2 organic avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 organic plum tomato, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh organic cilantro
- Organic lime juice to taste
- Kosher salt to taste
Preparation
- Combine avocado, corn, tomato and cilantro in a small bowl. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
