Super Trail Mix
Ratios are suggested, rather than measured amounts. Have fun winging it!
Note: You have the option to lightly toast the seeds and nuts before adding them. The flavor will be just that much deeper.
- 2 parts Kashi™ cereal (my favorites are Strawberry Fields™ and Kashi® granolas)
- 2 parts almonds
- 2 parts walnuts
- 2 parts sunflower seeds
- 1 part pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 part organic raisins
- 1/2 part dried organic cranberries
- Put all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine thoroughly.
- Store finished mix in individual sandwich bags with 1/2 cup of trail mix in each. Take one bag with you each day when you’re eating on the go.
