Kashi® GOLEAN® Chicken

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

    • 1 (10.75 oz.) can reduced-fat all-natural cream of chicken soup
    • ½ cup organic low-fat milk
    • 1 cup Kashi® GOLEAN® cereal
    • 8 ounces diced cooked fresh free-range chicken
    • ¼ cup grated low-fat organic parmesan cheese
    • 1 cup of any of the following cooked and diced organic vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, zucchini, Napa cabbage
    • 1 (4 oz.) can of mushroom buttons

    Directions

    Heat soup and milk in skillet. Add cereal, chicken, parmesan cheese, vegetables, and mushrooms. Heat, mix, and serve.

    Variations

    Substitute nonfat organic milk and nonfat organic parmesan cheese for a lower fat version. Use fresh mushrooms for lower sodium.

    Does it have to be GOLEAN? or could it be GOLEAN Crunch? I have a ton of Kashi cereals at home but not the plain GOLEAN and I would like to try out this recipe. Thoughts?
