Simple yet undeniably impressive, this fresh take on steamed carrots lets their natural flavor and nutrition shine through. Top with salt and dill for a unique touch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups organic carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbs. local organic honey
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • ½ tsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • Directions

    1. Cook the carrots in the water with the honey over medium heat for about ten minutes, or until water and honey have become syrupy.
    2. Add the salt and dill. Stir and serve.
