Ingredients
- 2 cups organic carrots, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbs. local organic honey
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- ½ tsp. fresh dill, chopped
- Cook the carrots in the water with the honey over medium heat for about ten minutes, or until water and honey have become syrupy.
- Add the salt and dill. Stir and serve.
