Seasonal Berries with Organic Yogurt and Walnuts
Sample the flavors of the summer, with cherries, blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries, depending on your local, timely harvest. Yogurt and crushed nuts offer tasty simplicity at its best.
Makes 2 servings.
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon local honey
- 4-5 walnuts, crushed
- 1 cup organic seasonal berries (use fresh local berries when possible, such as cherries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries)
Directions
- Mix honey with yogurt until well combined. Place in serving bowl, top with fruit and walnuts.

Yogurt and Walnuts have Always been a Favorite of Mine,but With Berries! I never thought of that! a Simply Delicious Addition
Instead of using walnuts could you use all natural gronola?
I think it would change the nutritional information a bit, but that does sound delicious with a healthy granola.
