Ingredients
- 1 cup dry-roasted cashews
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 16 Kashi® TLC® Original 7-Grain Snack Crackers
Directions
- In a food processor, grind the cashews and olive oil until mixture becomes as smooth or as chunky as you prefer.
- Spread some of the cashew butter on each cracker, top with another cracker and enjoy!
