I was wondering if Kashi could make something similar to this product without the use of honey as I am allergic?

The mixture of purely the 7 grains was a bit overwhelming at first, but once a taste for this is acquired it’s really a fabulous cracker.
Hearty and delicious, just like everything else Kashi.

I can’t get enough of this awesomeness. By far my favorite snackaroo. If I’m not paying attention I will polish off a box of these babies in one sitting.

My daughter and I love this cracker! She just turned 1 and I wanted to give her a healthy snack option. Something that tasted good as well as good for her. This was about the only cracker that I could find. She LOVES them! WAY TO GO KASHI! You are making healthier kids.

I love these crackers, but I am transitioning to a mostly vegan diet and I am sad to see that this contains milk ingredients (Whey). Can Kashi make this without using milk ingredients?

I went to the store today and there was NO original 7 gran. Instead there was Asiago (a little funky, I tried it). PLEASE tell me that this is an ADDITONAL flavor and NOT a replacement for the origanal 7 grain. I am pretty much addicted the the original 7 gran kind-they are my favorite.

These Original 7 Grain crackers are the best crackers I’ve found – the absolute GO TO cracker. Have to have them in the house at all times and I’d never been much of a cracker snacker before.
But These go with every dip around, are perfect with hummus, are excellent on the side with soups, or are great just munching straight out of the box. Everything a cracker should be!

The only thing I would suggest is to use whole wheat flour as opposed to refined unbleached flour – this would increase the fibre and decrease the glyceamic index and we would be able to recommend it to people who come into our metabolic clinic and who need to cut down on refined carbs.

Yum! I feel so healthy eating these. Some people would find likely find these too healthy-tasting, but I think they have a wonderfully-complex flavor to them. Yum, yum, yum!
