I got a sample in the mail and was hooked! I have tried all the flavors now and they are all great!

We got the blackberry sample and LOVED IT! They are so tasty and it’s great to know that you’re putting something good into your body and not just regular old junk.

The blackberry is great….I have not seen the Apple!! I’m Pumped!

LOVE THESE BARS!!! I am hooked. These are the best thing I have tasted in a long time. I can’t get enough. My fav’s are blackberry and strawberry. They are in every store I shop in, Target, Wal-mart, Lucky’s, Safeway, Raley’s. When I come home from working out the first thing I do is reach for one of these bars and a cup of tea. I sooooo look forward to it. HEAVEN!!

They are like little healthy apple pies! Love em!

If you have a Publix Supermarket around your area these are on sale this week- buy one get one free! Can’t beat that!!!

This is to Thompson, the person who can’t find the soft bake bars. I am in Florida I was having the same issue as well. But I was able to find them at Walmart (surprised) on the cereal isle and in Publix Grocery store although they cost $1.25 more than at Walmart.

The soft bake bars are the best. I really like them in-between meals as well as an early morning get the kids ready for school snack. the don’t make me feel full but really satisfied. When I start at 5:30 am I have a blackberry graham soft bake (yummy) and it gets me through until I get my 12 year-old on the bus at 8am. GOOD STUFF!!!

For the past couple months I had enjoyed the dark chocolate and cherry flavor (I think that was the name), but for the past two weeks, I haven’t been able to find it on the shelves. Have you discontinued it?

These are great but I miss the Pumpkin variety. Can’t find it anywhere.

I love all 3 of the flavors but the apple is my favorite! YUM!

I actually really love all of the flavors pretty much equally because I switch off every time I get them. But I would really really love to see either a blueberry or a pumpkin flavored one!

Good flavor, but a bad choice for those with diabetes or hypoglycemia. Filling sticks to teeth and not filling or satisfying for me unless I eat at least two. Spikes my blood sugar and then I get an insulin response (crashing blood sugar). I would be better not eating anything.
These have less sugar, are whole grain that not ground and have nuts to keep blood sugar under control. Unfortunately some of the stores stopped carrying them.

Blackberry Graham is my favorite! I love these for an evening snack.

i’ve tried all 3 flavors and i found the baked apple spice to have a drier texture versus the other two. blackberry graham is my favorite of the three!

It was a little dry for me. But overall, not bad. I would buy more. I don’t like blackberry and strawberry flavored foods, so this is my only option. The grocery store closest to me doesn’t sell the apple (does sell the other two), so I have to go to Wal Mart to get it.

There are very good! Doesn’t have an overpowering blackberry flavor. I would even say it has more of an overall ‘berry’ flavor. So if youre not a huge blackberry person, but like blueberries or other berry flavors you should give these a try

I am so glad that Kashi found me. I use to snack on various snack foods at night, And to be honest, sometimes I still do. However, nore often I have a cereal bar or a flax cookie along with juice or mug of water. They are delicious. I have some of my friends using them when they need to eat something before taking medication or supplements.

I love all 3 flavors. They make a great snack in that time frame after breakfast, but before lunch.

These are so great! Our family loves them. I find them at Walmart.

I found these at the nearest Wal-Mart in the Cereal/Granola aisle.

I just tried the apple flavor and it was pretty good. Will pick up the blackberry next time I’m in the store. I’m trying to lose a little weight and these bars satisfy my sweet tooth while being a bit more nutritious than what I usually snack on. The chocolate/coconut bars are great too.

I love these, so much tastier (and better for you) than the Nutrigrain version I loved as a little kid!

This cereal bar tastes great. The apple spice flavor tastes real and very similar to apple pie. I like to toast these bars in the toaster oven. The bars taste even better warm and toasted!

yummy! alot of cals but soo good. i eat them in the morning right with a cold glass of milk.

I live off of these little bars lol. They are healthy and get me through the long days when I am unable to get a good meal in.

I love these – so good! I like to heat up the Blackberry flavor in the microwave for about 20 seconds – it makes it taste even better when it’s warm!
