Another very tasty meal. Loved the spicy flavor, but would have liked some asparagus shoots, not just the stem pieces. Other than that, I would buy again.

This was the first Kashi steam meal I tried and I was very pleased! I’ve never really liked frozen meals because not only are they usually unhealthy…but they usually have a “fake” taste to them. This was quite flavorful, and looked and tasted about as close to home-cooked as a frozen meal could get. I’m glad I’ve discovered Kashi frozen meals…eating healthy is important but sometimes time-consuming…and it’s nice to have a 4-minute option!

I found the info on the Kashi steam meals last night…I sent my boyfriend to the store to buy a few. They only carry 3 of the 4 kinds. For dinner tonight I had the Roasted Garlic Chicken Farfalle!! OMG!!! It was delicious!! There was enough to have some left over for lunch tomorrow. Everything about it was perfect, and I highly suggest to anyone wanting to try them, go ahead and buy some. You won’t be sorry! I can hardly wait to try the Sesame Chicken tomorrow. I even e-mailed my sister and told her about them (sent the website info to her). Kashi Steam Meals…YUM!

It tastes incredible and it was very convenient. I am a elementary school teacher. I heated one of these up for lunch one day and the kids just kept going on and on about how good it smelled. Two of them went home and had their moms buy them some too. Lol if you can convince picky ten year olds it must be a tasty meal!
