    This was by far the most tasty “frozen dinner” I have ever tasted. It has a perfect balance of flavors with a spicy kick. Also, the good thing was the chicken in this bag was really good; I do not normally eat chicken out of frozen meals because of the texture.

    Smelled good. Tasted OK. Then, about an hour after I ate it, I got horribly sick from food poisoning and was pretty much incapacitated for 2+ days. Felt great before, felt horrible after—I’ll think very carefully before trying any Kashi foods in the future.

    This is an outstanding garlic chicken farfalle – the best of all the brands I have tried!.. healthy too! My favorite of your new line. Keep up the good work and ignore the negative reviews.

    I thought it looked and smelled great but tasted terrible. The pasta was kind of hard and had a weird taste. The chicken was very bland. I actually spit it out. :( Sorry Kashi, this one bites.

      Sorry it wasn’t to your tastes, but found other chicken farfalle bland compared to this spicy meal. Maybe the red wine and basil influenced your taste buds on the pasta??

    I tried roasted garlic chicken farfelle and to my very disappointed, I do not like it and did not know it is spicy. You should have warned that it is spicy. I had to threw all of it away and make my evening disappointed one. Now, I am afraid to trust your other products!!!

      If an item has garlic in it of course it will be spicy! The products are FINE! There are fresh ingredients that are added to flavor and spice up the meals. This is instead of SALT, which is what other companies use to flavor their products!

    Another very tasty meal. Loved the spicy flavor, but would have liked some asparagus shoots, not just the stem pieces. Other than that, I would buy again.

    This was the first Kashi steam meal I tried and I was very pleased! I’ve never really liked frozen meals because not only are they usually unhealthy…but they usually have a “fake” taste to them. This was quite flavorful, and looked and tasted about as close to home-cooked as a frozen meal could get. I’m glad I’ve discovered Kashi frozen meals…eating healthy is important but sometimes time-consuming…and it’s nice to have a 4-minute option!

    I found the info on the Kashi steam meals last night…I sent my boyfriend to the store to buy a few. They only carry 3 of the 4 kinds. For dinner tonight I had the Roasted Garlic Chicken Farfalle!! OMG!!! It was delicious!! There was enough to have some left over for lunch tomorrow. Everything about it was perfect, and I highly suggest to anyone wanting to try them, go ahead and buy some. You won’t be sorry! I can hardly wait to try the Sesame Chicken tomorrow. I even e-mailed my sister and told her about them (sent the website info to her). Kashi Steam Meals…YUM!

    It tastes incredible and it was very convenient. I am a elementary school teacher. I heated one of these up for lunch one day and the kids just kept going on and on about how good it smelled. Two of them went home and had their moms buy them some too. Lol if you can convince picky ten year olds it must be a tasty meal!
