Our heritage blends of whole grains are blended with juicy blueberries for a crispy waffle with a tangy sweetness. Looking for a tasty topping? Try with yogurt, sprinkled with nuts or even fresh sliced bananas.

Kashi Blueberry Frozen Waffles are my all-time favorites. I eat them a couple of times a week. I top them with any of the following: Smart Balance margarine, Organic Valley Neufchatel cheese spread, Bionaturae Organic fruit spreads, Nuttzo nut butter spreads, etc. Or — I just eat them plain!

Mix some Greek yogurt with a little raw honey, maybe some sliced almonds or fruit and put over the top of the waffles. Now you add a nice blast of protein and calcium.

I like that they’re sometimes a greenish hue from the blueberries. I eat these when I’m in a rush in the morning or in the mood for something different (from the usual cereal or oatmeal, to clarify). The blueberries taste nice and the texture is great, not soggy at all. I’ve never had them with syrup.

In complete agreement with previous posts about bringing back the GoLean waffles! I loved them! I am diabetic and they were a wonderful nutritional treat, perfect combination for a diabetic and I really loved the strawberry. :( I’m sure these new waffles are delicious, but there are other brands that are more diabetic friendly now. BRING BACK THE GOLEAN!

150 calories for two waffles? You need to eat 3 or 4 to have breakfast even if you’re watching calories. 170 calories for 2 was a little more substantial. I used to buy these 2 – 4 boxes at time b4 they were unavailable. I won’t buy them at all now. (I’ve never had them with syrup.) And yes, where’s the protein?

Hey, bring back the protein! Kashi foods makes it very easy to acquire amino acids through protein; but these waffles are lacking that. Luv the waffles but would luv them even more if you put the protein back. I own a fitness center and work out regularly. Protein is a tremendous asset to my goals, and I am counting on Kashi products to assist me in meeting my nutritional needs.

I agree! I really miss the Golean waffles. I kept waiting for them to come back and now it looks like you have given up. I read that they are not baking right on your new equipment (after the factory fire). These new waffles spike my blood sugar and I really miss the Golean waffles. I have not been able to find another breakfast food that stabilizes my blood sugar in the same way.

I’m really watching my protein intake now that I am pregnant (and vegetarian the lacto-ovo kind), and I wish these waffles still had all the protein they had a few years ago—oh, and I freaked out when I thought they had been pulled from the line up, I was talking to multiple grocery store managers trying to get my hands on the waffles! I’m glad they are back, but where’d all the protein go? I’m thinking about making my own with a protein bump but I dread finding the right kind of blueberries… and they won’t be as crispy in the toaster. :o(

I am glad at least 2 varieties of frozen waffles are back in local store freezers again. They are so much tastier than Eggo. I did get a box of 7 grain that had 4 waffles that must have been damaged in processing. They were only half waffles! But I love to eat them like toast and have only had 1 box with damaged goods. I like to microwave fresh blueberries with a little sugar and put on top of blueberry or 7 grain. Yum!

Just bought these today and had them for a snack … honestly, they were like hockey pucks. I expected A LOT more from a kashi product. Maybe I just got a weird box? They were SUPER flat (to the point where the waffle indents were just holes in the waffles some parts, like the batter wasnt filled full enough of something)

I agree with those who are Go Lean waffle lovers. When I received an email newsletter from Kashi this morning that their waffles are back on the shelf, I was ecstatic, and clicked on the link that led me here. My joy was soon replaced with disappointment. The one thing that really set the Kashi Go Lean waffles apart from others on the market was the combination of high fiber and high protein. Nutritionally, I don’t see any reason to buy these “new” Kashi waffles if they don’t have the added protein as well.

I agree with polltarian_luv. I really miss the Go Lean waffles. I was so excited to see the new waffles in stores, bought a box and went home. There, I took a look at the nutrition facts and ingredients—not much protein and it contains flaxseeds. Unfortunate for me, I have an allergy to flaxseeds, so I can only enjoy a small selection of Kashi products (and those I do consume, I absolutely love!!).
Dear Kashi, is there a way where you can bring back Go Lean waffles (without flaxseeds) as before?? Love you guys and your mission all the way.
By the way, perhaps Kashi should consider making frozen pancakes or pancake mix!
