Please bring back the Heart to Heart Honey Oat! We used to go through 2 boxes a week. The old waffles had a much better flavor and texture. None of us care for the new waffles. Please bring back the old recipe for the Honey Oat. They were a wonderful staple in our diet! I feel like overall quality of Kashi products has taken a step back in the past year.

What happened? The pre-Eggo factory closure Go Lean waffles were great tasting and toasted well. These disks of unhappiness are such a disappointment after waiting so long for the waffles to return from the hiatus. Apparently they aren’t “original”, just a weak imitation of the tasty original, as the old original had different nutritional values, 3 grams of fat I remember…

Ok, so i popped 2 in the oven today, and i thought they were pretty good. They definately weren’t mushy like some people said. I thought they were a tad crunchy, but i baked them longer than recommended because they weren’t getting very warm. I’m going to try toasting them tomorrow and see how they do.

We LOVED the original waffles in all flavors and went through a box a week for our family. Always enjoyed them topped with Stoneyfield yogurt, fresh fruit and flax seed. YUM! Really missed them when they were taken off the shelves. So happy to see them back, but none of us like the new product at all. I agree with the comment below… ruined a good thing that our family loved. I called customer service twice when they were removed from the shelves and could never get an answer as to why?!

Just tried the new 7 grain. Very disappointing, please bring back the Go Lean waffles!! You have lost another dedicated waffle customer due to these changes. Why are they so scrawny and flat, btw? They used to fit 6 to a box, now there is room for 8 – it is like they didn’t rise. I also agree with those that say the texture is off. Talk about ruining a good thing!

Coupons for new products are a way to get people hooked. Once tried, there isn’t much in Kashi line that they would not go back for. Need more coupons in newspapers, etc.

Kashi Customer Service Team over 2 years agoHi Happygiggles69. Preparation instructions, which are included on packages, are created to be as specific as possible, but occasionally the results are not satisfactory due to slight variations between appliances. Remember, 2 toastings may be required to heat completely when heating the waffles at the lightest or lowest setting. Thanks for posting.

I agree ith the comment about the sodium being too high in the 7 grain waffles… why so much sodium, they should lower the sodium to under 200 or even 100 and raise the protein to7 or more since it is supposed o be healthy 7 grain waffles….. all waffles I feel aretoo high in sodium eben if you do not have an issue with salt…… salt is very bad for everybody in food….. expecially in processed food it is the highest………. we are supposed to be eatin healthier but the companies making the food like Kashi are still making the products with too much salt…… I love Kashi cereal and bars etc but would buy more if the sodium was less in it all…….and the carbs also should come down in the products…….

I tried the 7 grain waffle this morning. I was little worried about the amount of protein so I added 2 turkey sausages with the 2 waffles. Sugar Free syrup. I was able to keep my Breakfast at under 270 cal. Felt full and I loved the waffles. I haven’t tried the Blueberry yet but I have them in the freezer.

doreen6162 over 2 years agoMail coupons to members since ALL stores in my entire area do not take internet coupons. I love Kashi but not everything and it hurts when you spend money and throw away the product. I can’t wait to try these as I’m looking for a healthier and good tasting waffle.

Yes, I agree. All stores in my area refuse internet coupons. I like the Kashi brand and am interested in trying a lot of these products but I don’t come across newspaper coupons for them so I wait…

I used to buy these at Cub Foods and absolutely loved them. I could live on them! Both flavors are great. But, they no longer sell them. And when they did sell them, they were always out of them because they were so popular. I asked about them and they figure they just don’t have to room to sell every brand. I told them to bring them back!!!!!!

I love everything about Kashi waffles and have missed them terribly. My husband brought some home from the Giant on Mt. Airy Rd in Shrewsbury PA. It is not listed when I put in my zipcode but they were there. I suggest you look and ask in your local groceries. See if they will add it to their stock. Doesn’t hurt to ask!

As usually, not in Spokane- here only about 10% eat organic/natural. So we never have a great selection, expect for Huckleberry’s/Rosauser Natural Market…
When are you coming to Spokane!!! Who can we bribe LOL !!!

Good to know K… I have become super aware of soy and how it seems to be in everything these days (even healthful foods). I avoid it as well ;)

Kashi Customer Service Team over 2 years agoHi Naf023. These waffles are still making their way to store shelves in some areas. We hope that the Store Locator (above) can offer you some good recommendations for stores in your area. Thanks for posting.

For those complaining about taste, or texture, HELLO! They are healthy, frozen waffles. Considering.. they are pretty darn great. If you dont like them, make your own 7 grain homemade waffles then. =)
