Great taste, retains crunch till the last bite; wife and I both enjoyed it —

DE-Lish! I can eat this cereal for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Tried the walnut and current cereal-great taste and texture, and really got my slow digestive system going!

I liked the cereal and nuts but the berries were way too sour. Even my daughter who loves sour foods thought that they were too sour.

this is pretty darn good! nothing out there tastes quite like it. i can see how some would think the currants are a bit sour, but i think it’s needed to balance out the taste of the walnuts.

i love this cereal and can’t find it here in baton rouge, louisiana. please let me know where i can buy it. i found it once and they do not have it.

I have tried many of your products and I can’t think of a one that I don’t like. I now like your product even more. There sitting so unassuming in the cereal isle was your U cereal in the lovely recycled box. I grabbed that box over all of the colorful, snazzy boxes, to include your other products, and took it home. Not only have you done what I have always wanted-basic recycled packaging-but the cereal was wonderful. THANKS…..

I have fallen in love with this cereal. It was so nice to take a bite and get a big chunk of walnut – I called up my mom immediately and told her she had to buy the cereal!!!! I too picked it up because of the basic recycled box – and am I glad I did!

I am losing weight (37lbs so far) and Kashi is a big part of my daily diet. I like to eat a non-fat yogurt with granola added every morning. I haven’t used granola since I found this lovely recycled box in the cereal isle. I mix 1/2 cup of cereal with vanilla yogurt for a perfect on-the-go breakfast. The flakes stay crunch til the end, the currants soften and the overall flavor is delicious. The perfect diet, healthy breakfast!

I recently noticed this on the shelf in the health foods section on my local supermarket. Trusting the Kashi name, I gave it a try. I AM TOTALLY HOOKED. The combination of the walnuts and currants is great. Because I love fresh fruit in my cereal, I also toss in a handful of fresh raspberries and pomegranate. Makes for a great morning start!!!!

I tried to find this cereal in hannaford in pine bush new york I cannot find it. My mom looked for it in stores in ohio they do not carry it.

Honestly, this is the best cereal I’ve ever had.

My husband and I just tried this cereal and really enjoyed it. We were pleasantly surprised when we found that it has real currants in it not the mini raisins one usually finds when currants are listed as an ingredient. This is now amongst our favorites.

This cereal is urberfabulouso. The dried currants are tart. But I like it! Of course I like the flavor of peanutbutter,banana and mayo sandwiches. Kashi may want to go with maybe a dried currant rather than a freeze dried currant. I think a lot of folks are going freeze dried cause they keep longer and are less in weight. But frankly it’s the cereal itself that I really,really like. This stuff is also urber expensive. Almost 6 bucks a box. My usual the cheerio and shredded wheat versions are much cheaper and sometimes if I’m living right two for 5 bucks. Could you cut down on your trips abroad Kashi and maybe work on lowering the price of cereal a little? I look on buying cereal like buying steak. Otherwise great products Kashi….

Absolutely love this cereal. It was the whole package that sold us on this. I am having a hard time finding it though. I first found it at Kroger’s in the “Health Food section” where I can find the majority of my organic needs. However, they do not sell it anymore. I mean a great tasting cereal that is great for you packaged in a box that is environmentally friendly and produced also with the environment in mind, what else could you ask for!

This really is fabulous! I often have it for dessert instead of breakfast because it’s a little bit pricey. (I use the Kashi Vive for breakfast). The tartness of the currants combines nicely with the smooth nuttiness of the walnuts, and it keeps it’s crunch to the bottom of the bowl. Kudos, Kashi!

This is my favorite cereal! The distinctive tart flavor of the Acai berries. and the other wonderful ingredients, make this a real winner… and it stays crunchy in milk! I love it!

I LOVE this cereal. I can eat this for breakfast and not feel hungery all morning. Fruit, nuts and friber, it’s great!

This cereal is really delicious and wonderful for people who wish to keep their weight down and stay healthy. Also, keeps you regular and that it wonderful for folks as we get older. I recommended this for my 88 year old mother and she loves it too!

Personally, I didn’t find this cereal that great.

Like almost all the Kashi cereals, this would have been good if it weren’t so sweet. 10 grams of sugar!!! just from the cereal, then another 6 grams from the fat free milk, plus whatever sugar plus the banana or berries that I add. It would be a good thing if the train of tank cars that delivers all that “evaporated cane juice” were to get misdirected to some soda company. It took me months to finish my box of U by adding a little at a time to a bowl of Uncle Sam or shredded wheat or Cheerios. Is there any Kashi cereal besides the puffs with no added sugar? I haven’t found any on the store shelves; I don’t even look anymore.

Heart to Heart used to be my fav cereal— until I tried U! I love the tartness of the currants. This is the best cereal ever.

This cereal is absolutely delicious without the currants. The currants are waayyy!!! Too sour!!! The walnut and clusters taste great. There is just not enough of them to balance out the too overwhelmingly sour currants. Usually I will pick out the currants and add them to my tea with honey so it’s not wasted. I just can’t stand taking a bite and having to make this sour face when the rest of the cereal is delicious! Hello Kashi? Couldn’t you taste how sour those currants are? Take them out or add another fruit or add in more walnuts and clusters to balance it out.

I loved it!! I was at walmart and got lucky to snatch a good coupon for this cereal! I got home and as soon as I put it in the pantry and my husband saw it, it only lasted 2 days in the house. I would say the currants are way sour but honestly all together it just tastes good little sweet and sour mix with just that healthy trail mix type flavor to me. I loved it and of course with all the good coupons i’m so buying more and more boxes. The only question is now. CAN WE GET IT IN A BIGGER SIZE SO IT LASTS LONGER IN MY HOUSE????????

CAFFEINATED!!! Do not serve this cereal to your children. I only realized after reading three paragraphs on the back of the box that this product contains Acai berry. Acai has caffeine. When I called Kashi about this they said they are not required by the FDA to list the fact that their cereal is caffeinated on the front of the box. What about their responsibility towards the health of our children?

We tried this cereal and LOVE it. Crunchy to the last bite, the black currents are tasty, not mush. Walnuts are wonderful. I, too, was wondering about a bigger size. We’ll go through this little box in 2 days between us. I bought it because a friend gave me a coupon for it. We’re trying the Pumpkin crunchy bars as well because of the coupons. Hope to get more coupons for more Kashi stuff—every little bit helps right now.

Just bought several boxes recently because of coupons. (Yeah, coupons!) Very good cereal. Like the color, the flakes, the variety of dried fruit. Yum.

I really enjoy Kashi U, its great taste and responsible packaging. Very cool. I saw it on sale at the local Safeway. Will be buying it from now on, as long as it’s not too expensive.
Also like the fact that Kashi is made in USA.
