I tried Honey Sunshine this morning and was I ever surprised! I thought with the mention of honey that it would be too sweet, but it was terrific!

I liked it and had my son try it.To see what he thought of it. He liked it better than some of his favorite cereals.

Cereals are fortified to supply what refined grains have stripped away. A whole grain product like this does not need to be fortified, the nutrients have not been taken away. It is much healthier. You can always add something, like fresh fruit or milk, to supply other needed nutrients.

i love this cereal but i’m having trouble finding it lately in nyc! where can i get it?!?

Completely bland. I loved the berry blossoms so I had high hopes for this. There was no flavor at all. Even when I tried a piece out of the milk there was no flavor.

this is a delicious way to get your fiber. Its a great snack as well, try making crispy treats with them yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Sorry, but I’m very disappointed with this product because it’s just too sweet. Gave it to a friend who agreed with me. Also, just because there’s a lot of fibre doesn’t make it all that healthy. I’m so tired of labels that say “100% fibre” but don’t consider the sugar content. Also, honey really doesn’t make it any better than sugar. Also, “organic” really has no meaning unless it’s true…

Honey Sunshine is awesome! For me, mornings that begin with Honey Sunshine (and blueberries) are great and full of energy.

This is a fantastic cereal. Tastes close to Post Honeycomb cereal but with whole grains and less sugar. I love this cereal. I will be buying more. I hate overly sweet cereal and this was the perfect amount of sweetness. It didn’t taste like candy!!

This is my absolute favorite cereal! My husband & I have been hitting every supermarket in our area trying to find some. We used to buy 2 boxes a week at our local Walmart. Now it is unavailable. No wonder the shelves have been empty the past 2 weeks….same for Hannaford. I have to wonder, “Why?”. At least i can order it online….something I never thought I would do.

I eat this cereal with 2 teaspoons of nuts and skim milk everday. It’s a great way to start the day.

I think it’s delicious! A nice, healthy alternative to Captain Crunch, sort of like Honey Nut Cheerios as well…as someone with a really sensitive stomach, I find this cereal to be very tasty while not too overwhelming. I eat it often.

I love this cereal! It does get soggy a bit quick, but if your eating it right away it’s fine…It’s a great food for people that are doing weight watchers also. High fiber, low calories and fat… Thanks!

Flavor is good, but too mushy of a consistency for me.

I was just in the Weis grocery store and the Honey Sunshine was on sale because it said it was discontinued. I hope it is only discontinued at the Weis. I eat it every single morning! Does anyone know if it is diiscontinued everywhere?

I love this cereal! I can’t drink milk and it’s delicious dry. Definitely the best cereal Kashi makes.

I expected to really enjoy this, since we use a lot of the KASHI cereals at our house. To all of us, it tasted like sweetened styrofoam.

I just bought these for the first time and tried them dry. They are very tasty for a snack. I will be having them for breakfast tomorrow. I will probably cut up a banana to add to it. But very tasty cereal.

I agree with the previous comment. It’s hard to find a cereal these days that isn’t fortified. Why wouldn’t you? If this is supposed to be an alternative to Mighty Bites it should at least be fortified. Besides it has less than 1/2 the protein that Mighty Bites did. I am disappointed.

If you are going to target kids/parents, why don’t you fortify it with vitamins and minerals. Sorry to see Mighty Bites go – that was a sweet way to sneak nutrients into to my little ones’ cereal. :(

I agree, this does taste like captain crunch, but way better and it is seriously my favorite cereal. I now call it kaptain kashi cereal lol.

today I got a 2-pack box of Honey Sunshine at Big Lots for $4.00! I also found the Vive cereal there too if anyone’s been looking for it

This taste just like captain crunch, the healthy version, and I luv it!! I don’t know how Kashi does it. Really low calories, high fiber!, decent protein. For protein, I do the Go Lean Almond Crunch.

this is GOOD stuff! i was attracted to the name (as well as the Kashi brand, such a sunny, happy name! but the cereal, itself, is just the right amount of sweetness and crunch. this will be a regular with me!!!

This cereal is the most popular with me I buy at lest 4 boxes at a time. Love the crunchy taste and I use Stevia liquid as my sweetener. Fabulous

my toddler LOVES his Honey Sunshine. It was one of his first “chewing” foods. It’s a take-along staple in his little backpack, and the whole family likes it with milk for breakfast.
