I bought a box of Go Lean Crunch and was having a bowl of it while I was eating it I crack a tooth and had to go to the dentist to have my tooth fixed and it cost me $334.00, so I will not be eating your cereal anymore. I also found out in 2 weeks time I’m the 3 person that came in with a broken tooth because of your cereal. I will be letting my friends and family know about that happened

I just bought the GO Lean Crisp cereal because I thought I was purchasing something that would be of nutritional value. However, after doing a little research, I discovered that there are a couple of ingredients listed that are “hidden” names for high fructose corn syrup. They are Brown Rice Syrup and Soy Lecithin, which is the sludge leftover from the soybean processing. Please be challenged to do your own research.

Did you, Public Person, know that Kashi uses GMOs in their products but do not have to let you know???? Yep, you are ingesting GMOs with every bite….make Kashi put GMOs on their labels so Public Person can choose whether they want to purchase the product…it IS OUR CHOICE!!!!

im thinking, re: the strawberry cereal, if the boxes were even smaller and the fruit less, the profits would be even greater…….the cereal tastes great, but not enough to pay the same price as red meat……..just sayin’ :(

Cereals are fortified to supply what refined grains have stripped away. A whole grain product like this does not need to be fortified, the nutrients have not been taken away. It is much healthier. You can always add something, like fresh fruit or milk, to supply other needed nutrients.

I liked this. I originally bought this for my husband. He loves Captain Crunch cereal and I told him i absolutly refuse to buy that nasty stuff for him so I got this. He seemed to like it but he is not a really big cold cereal eater so I finished it off for him. Really liked it. Not too sweet. Just right.

Completely bland. I loved the berry blossoms so I had high hopes for this. There was no flavor at all. Even when I tried a piece out of the milk there was no flavor.

Sorry, but I’m very disappointed with this product because it’s just too sweet. Gave it to a friend who agreed with me. Also, just because there’s a lot of fibre doesn’t make it all that healthy. I’m so tired of labels that say “100% fibre” but don’t consider the sugar content. Also, honey really doesn’t make it any better than sugar. Also, “organic” really has no meaning unless it’s true…

honey does make it better than sugar….it is 100% fibre and there is nothing to prove that the word “organic” isn’t true. Sorry. Plus, the saturated fat is very minimal. A much better cereal than many out there.

True- Captain Crunch has more vitamins and fewer carbs. I wouldn’t make either a regular ‘meal’.

This is a fantastic cereal. Tastes close to Post Honeycomb cereal but with whole grains and less sugar. I love this cereal. I will be buying more. I hate overly sweet cereal and this was the perfect amount of sweetness. It didn’t taste like candy!!

This is my absolute favorite cereal! My husband & I have been hitting every supermarket in our area trying to find some. We used to buy 2 boxes a week at our local Walmart. Now it is unavailable. No wonder the shelves have been empty the past 2 weeks….same for Hannaford. I have to wonder, “Why?”. At least i can order it online….something I never thought I would do.

I think it’s delicious! A nice, healthy alternative to Captain Crunch, sort of like Honey Nut Cheerios as well…as someone with a really sensitive stomach, I find this cereal to be very tasty while not too overwhelming. I eat it often.

I love this cereal! It does get soggy a bit quick, but if your eating it right away it’s fine…It’s a great food for people that are doing weight watchers also. High fiber, low calories and fat… Thanks!

I was just in the Weis grocery store and the Honey Sunshine was on sale because it said it was discontinued. I hope it is only discontinued at the Weis. I eat it every single morning! Does anyone know if it is diiscontinued everywhere?

I expected to really enjoy this, since we use a lot of the KASHI cereals at our house. To all of us, it tasted like sweetened styrofoam.

I just bought these for the first time and tried them dry. They are very tasty for a snack. I will be having them for breakfast tomorrow. I will probably cut up a banana to add to it. But very tasty cereal.

I agree with the previous comment. It’s hard to find a cereal these days that isn’t fortified. Why wouldn’t you? If this is supposed to be an alternative to Mighty Bites it should at least be fortified. Besides it has less than 1/2 the protein that Mighty Bites did. I am disappointed.

If you are going to target kids/parents, why don’t you fortify it with vitamins and minerals. Sorry to see Mighty Bites go – that was a sweet way to sneak nutrients into to my little ones’ cereal. :(

This taste just like captain crunch, the healthy version, and I luv it!! I don’t know how Kashi does it. Really low calories, high fiber!, decent protein. For protein, I do the Go Lean Almond Crunch.
