The Kashi Spicy Black Bean Enchilada entrée features red skin potatoes, roasted red peppers, corn and spinach all wrapped in a Kashi Seven Whole Grain and corn tortilla, topped with a vibrant tomatillo, tomato, cilantro and jalapeno salsa, and a side of Kashi Seven Whole Grain Pilaf. In addition to offering a tantalizing combination of flavors, this single-serve vegetarian meal packs 9 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber to keep people fulfilled and satisfied. Plus, it only has 600 milligrams of sodium, which is lower than most similar offerings.

    I accidentally grabbed this entree when I went to the store to get my beloved Lemongrass Coconut Chicken (love that stuff!). Clearly, I’m not vegetarian. After I heated the enchilada meal up and tasted it, I was so glad I was in a rush at the store. It’s very flavorful, although I would not call it spicy. It’s also very filling. I definitely did not miss the meat. It’s even better that it’s under 300 calories! Thanks Kashi for another great frozen entree…perfect for the office!

    It was spicy and flavorful. I was a little worried—the tortilla looked like cardboard after microwaving—but it tasted VERY good! I thoroughly enjoyed it!

    I recently quit smoking and am trying all kinds of healthy foods (trying to erase years of bad choices) and I found this entree. I wasn’t sure what I was going to think after so many salty, fatty, unhealthy (albeit tasty) lunches. It was amazing! I’m looking forward to trying many, many more products!

    Absolutely LOVE this!! The dish is super flavorful and heats up well. The spice is just right and the different veggies are wonderful. Will definitely by this again and again!

    It was ok.. Different from others I have tried so thats a pro.. but the tortilla was almost not there, very little texture or flavor to it.

    I like this one- it is a bit spicy, but not too spicy, otherwise I couldn’t eat it (I’m pretty sensitive to heat). Sometimes I get one with a lot of jalepinos, and it makes for a hot mouthful, but overall, it’s really good. I would rather have more flavor than bland food. I also try another brand that makes an enchilada/rice/chicken frozen meal, and they put a lot of cilantro in it, which is actually quite good. I would like to see Kashi do another mexican style dish with cilantro.

    Delicious! Finally, something that says its spicy and actually is! Texture and flavor was great and filling. And under 300 calories! Yay.

    Really enjoyed this entree, great flavors, it cooked quite evenly and was very filling. Nice overall nutritional stats – happy to see a reasonable sodium content. Mmmm, can’t wait to have it again!
