    Delicious! I only wish there was a recipe so I could make a meal for the whole family. Loved the Mexican flavor and the healthy ingredients.

    Great alternative to other frozen meals. Lower in sodium than many, yet still great tasting! You still get that “mexi” flavor with all the goodness of natural ingredients and feel good about eating it.

    The sauce was really watery—everything floating in water. The chicken in Kashi meals is usually good but this chicken was really chewy and tasted fake. Wouldn’t buy this one again.

      It seemed watery to me at first, then I let it sit an extra 3 minutes and when i came back the rice blend had used the extra water and it was fab. I didn’t notice that the chicken was chewy or fake tasting, and chicken is near about the only meat I eat. Sorry you had a bad experience.

    I love the Spicy Black Bean Enchilada, so I was excited to try the new Chicken Enchilada. Unfortunately, this one was a huge dissapointment for me. It wasn’t very flavorful and the sauce and pilaf were incredibly watery. It wanted to love this dish, but it just wasn’t on the same level as the Black Bean Enchilada. Sadly, I won’t be eating this one again.
