I have been wanting to try this cereal for a long time, but I am always scared to try new cereals (I always buy some type of your shredded-wheat style cereals or Golden Goodness, and I LOVE them!) But I wanted to try something new and I’m glad I did! This reminds me of corn flakes, which I love, but they are whole grain so they are healthier for me! Thanks Kashi for making this great cereal!! New favorite.

white rice is listed in the ingredients. it is suppose to be a whole grain cereal.

These flakes are the basis for my exciting revolutionary cereal bowl concoction! I take these, pour the Rice Puffs on top, followed by a sprinkling of Heart to Heart Warm Cinnamon Oat. This triple whammy of a winner snack left dry and eaten like popcorn (in a very large bowl)leads me to a second bowlful, every time. Movie theaters should get the message! This is the best snack EVER!

You almost got Flakes right!
Flakes could easily be a winner with
half the sweetener—or none at all.The Flakes’ product is a knockoff of
the old Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain cereal
which, because of its wholesome non-
sugary taste was ultimately withdrawn.As constituted, Flakes’sugar is first
to grace the tongue.Let the grains speak for themselves.

i am really liking this cereal. every time i feel the want for some other food i know that i have this cereal and it is healthier than anything else i would have gotten. and it tastes great.

I love this cereal. I eat it regularly. I have always loved bran flakes and this one is much healthier with the 7 grains and lower sugar than the conventional brands I have eaten my whole life. Love the texture, the taste and the high fiber of this cereal.
