The addition of the ‘antioxidant’ and vitamin extracts creates an awful flavor. why would i want to eat crackers that taste like vitamins? and why do you need to add this when it’s wholesome, whole ingredients to begin with? isn’t that enough? I love most all other Kashi products, but will definitely be going back to reduced-fat Triscuits that only have whole wheat, fat and salt. Three ingredients.
thanks.Log in or join the community to reply to this review. -

First time trying th Roasted Garlic Whole Grain Crackers. Yummie with extra sharp cheese and grapes. I hope you will soon offer some additional flavors, but please do try to keep the sodium to the bare minimum. Thank you so much for a truly healthy option.

I agree that these are SOO much better than Triscuits. I was eating during lunch and a few of my coworkers tried them and they liked them as well. We got them in the three pack at Costco and so far have purchased 15 boxes since Costco started carrying them. These crackers are really good with an aged chedder…. mmmm!

I normally eat reduced fat Triscuits, but I tried these because they were on sale and I like other Kashi products. Yuk! Maybe it was just my box but they left this weird oily residue in my mouth. The fruity flavor is interesting, but not bad, but the mouth coating isn’t something I’m willing to overlook.

Taste just like Triscuits but without as much salt.

In a side by side comparison of these crackers and the Original Triscuit, I deem both to be good crackers; each is good for its own merits. Triscuit aims for a salty, buttery flavor, while these Heart to Heart crackers carry a unique grape flavor—which I still liked. It depends on the taste you prefer. Nutritionaly, the Kashi crackers are better.

I agree with you on Heart to Heart being nutritionaly better for you. I compared Triscuits with Heart to Heart. Triscuits have more iron in them. They are also really good with all natural peanut butter.

I just tried both the original and the roasted garlic heart to heart crackers. I say the roasted garlic crackers taste better since it has more flavor. For those of you that like Triscuit more than these crackers, I think it is an acquired taste. One thing for sure, these crackers have less sodium…. you can taste it. If you just keep eating these crackers I think you will start to like them more and more. One thing for sure, this is the snack you don’t have to feel guilty about!

I think that both of your new Heart to Heart whole grain crackers are amazing. I eat them daily. I have wondered for years, “why can’t these kinds of crackers be made without hydrogenated oils”! Thank you Kashi. I love them! For the customers that do not particularily like them, they are very similar to the Triscuit, however, Triscuits are not healthy at all. There is always a trade off, less salt & fat.

I love all your crackers but the new plain and roasted garlic Heart to Heart are terrible. What a waste of money!

I tend to agree with you. I just tried these crackers and I don’t like them as much as Triscuits. They have a distinct taste of green tea which is overpowering. I think they would be a lot better if they just toned it down. I will try the garlic flavor though as it may not have a green tea taste.

I’ve enjoyed everything Kashi until these crackers. OMG thought I was chewing on a the box they came in. I will try the roasted garlic ones just to be fair.

Unfortunately, I also thought they tasted like the box…but I appreciate the trying-to-be-healthy attempt. I’m sure with feedback improvement will prevail.

These are the absolute best! I always enjoyed Triscuits but these are so much better in so many great ways that I will never look at another Triscuit box ever again :)
