I love this cereal! But it is also disappearing from all the stores in my area – Bedford, MA. Please don’t discontinue it…I love the high fiber, high protein, I like the flakes and it’s not too sweet as I don’t like to start my day off on the wrong foot. I’ve tried your Cinna-Raisin Crunch but it’s not for me. I like your Go Lean but it’s not flakes! Good Friends Original is the healthiest and yummiest cereal there is!

I need a cereal with low carb as I am type 2 diabetic. Even with the set off for fiber, most of which is insoluble, the carb units are high. What am I missing? Tastes good but people like me cannot afford 2-3 carb units for a bowel of ceral. How about a Kashi sytle bran flake?

No store in Santa Fe carries Kashi Good Friends, our favorite cereal, despite what your store locator says. Frustrated, I’m ordering online and glad I can get it somehow even if I can’t just walk over to Whole Foods for it.

Has Kashi changed the picture on the Good Friends original box?

This is a wonderful, healthy & hearty cereal which is delicious with all kinds of fruit. Sometimes I eat it as a bedtime snack too.

It would be great if this product also came in larger boxes.

I’m with Diana. Good Friends is ALL my wife eats (I’m the Go Lean person)and can’t be found.Ordered a case on line but will run out shortly. Not available? Backordered? Seriously"? Should have gotten 2 cases.

Is this product being discontinued? I cannot find it within a 30 mile radius of my home anymore. This is disappointing because this is the best cereal I have ever had. Not a lot of sugar, good fiber, doesn’t cause a crash and burn an hour later like a lot of other cereals. Other options available (like those at Trader Joes) are no comparison. As a dietitian in a hospital I recommend this product to patients all the time, especially to those who have just had a heart attack or a stroke and are looking to increase fiber and decrease fat intake. Discontinuing this product is a huge mistake!!!! This cereal was definitely the cadillac option among cereals.

I am however extremely disappointed in the fact that Trader Joes doesn’t carry this cereal. Actually I have a very hard time finding it!! So far it is only carried in Safeway! Why is this??? I used to eat it all the time and now it has become a treat. Very, very disappointing!

The original Good Friends is the best cereal I ever had. It’s getting harder to find, much to my dismay. The store that carried it (Acme) now carries only the raisin version, which is not as good, to my taste. And multiple requests from my other market have yeilded no response. Please try an expand your distribution!

Please don’t discontinue this cereal. It is part of my morning ritual! Darn Trader Joe with their fake Good Friends! Good Frienemies is more like it.

This cereal is more fantastic with soy milk.

I absolutely love this cereal and have been eating it almost everyday for several years. I prefer the original rather than cinn/raisin because I can add nuts one day or coconut to change it up myself. It is getting more difficult to find the “original” as Kashi has come out with more cereals. Stores like Target & Walmart have stopped carrying now. I used to think the name of the cereal was silly, but realized that I had been telling all my good friends about it and laughed, “I’ll bet that’s why it’s called Good Friends!”

The first time I tried Good Friends original I thought,”I don’t like this very much.”
3 mornings later – I figured that I’d just finish the box – I thought, “This is good!” Now, over a year later I have been looking forward to this cereal every morning.

I’ve searched two states for this cereal, it has always been my favorite, why isn’t it available anymore? I don’t care for the cinna-raisin one, I’m just not a cinnamin kinda girl, but the plain is fantastic. Please make this available again!!!

I can no longer find the GoodFriends Original in any stores in my area. Is this being discontinued? I always bought, it but now am purchasing my cereal from another company. I so wish it was available. I live in southern New Hampshire.

I can not find Kashi Good Friends in my local store(Publix). Why are they only carrying the shedded wheat and Good Lean cereals?

No longer at Trader Joe’s. So sad. :( We had 14 boxes at one point and now we only have 1 left. Can we buy this anywhere else? We love natural, high fiber and low sugar cereals. Good Friends Original is perfect, except maybe a little high in sugar. I normally carry a box wherever I go…

I COULD NO LONGER GET KASHI GOOD FRIENDS IN NORTHERN MICHIGAN AND NOW I FIND I CAN’T GET IT IN MURRIETA, CA. WHY NOT????

This used to be my fav cereal, but for some weird reason, my local WM stores no longer sells this kind!! I know the Cinna-Raisin crunch is similar but I dislike the taste of cinnamon.

The only cereal I eat, but not available everywhere. I made a special trip to Trader Joe’s in Silver Spring MD to stock up, but they were out and it seems they no longer carry it. The last time I’ll shop there. Still available at MOMs in College Park, MD and the Shoppers Food Warehouse in Adelphi, MD (but not the mega Shoppers in College Park for some strange reason). Hooray for those who make the best of Kashi available to the masses!

I tried this once, the little wheat noodles things have a fishy aftertaste and I love it! my favorite food is fish.

the first Kashi product I ever tried. I really like that it’s high fiber, but doesn’t get soggy in milk before you finish the bowl.

Personally, I felt this cereal tasted like card board. I could not even eat more than a spoonful which was a shame…I was extremely disappointed with this product.

I do want to try this cereal one day.

I used to love this cereal until the recipe was changed to be sweeter.

I love this cereal and usually mix it with Raisin Bran. When I went to Trader Joe’s to get a new box I was told that they no longer carried it. Where else can I buy this great Good Friends cereal?

I will buy this cereal tonight. By the looks of the box this cereal might be the best thing ever created of all time.
