If you’re a fan of Toaster Strudels but don’t want the empty calories, try this:
-Toast two waffles to your liking
-While the waffle are still warm, spread a tablespoon of your favorite no sugar added fruit preserves on each waffle
-Top with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of non-fat vanilla yogurt

These are awesome and WW friendly to boot! One of my favorite breakfasts is a toasted Kashi waffle smattered with a tablespoon of almond butter and topped with sliced bananas. Everything I need to get me through to lunch and really tasty, too. Thank you Kashi!

My every day breakfast, spread with a tablespoon of crunchy almond butter. Better than any other ‘healthy’ waffle you’ll find.

These waffles are the BEST! My favorite is the one with White Tea. Needs no syrup. Just add a smear of butter and you’re ready for good eating. The waffles are good on-the-run food!

I’m attempting to form a plan to get the RDA of whole grains. As I understand it, I need 48 or more. I cannot find the ammount I get with a serving of Kashi Golean waffles. Can anyone help me out?

I always keep these in the freezer for a yummy, healthy, and fun breakfast. I top mine with blended strawberries, or natural peanut butter, sometimes with jelly.
They taste SO good, and I feel great about myself whenever I eat them.

LOVE these! So versatile. You can throw them in the toaster and have a yummy snack or breakfast in seconds. When I’m craving chocolate I like to add a little Nutella and powdered sugar, or for a healthier option there is always fresh fruit, or a dab of real maple syrup. So good.

These waffles make a great breakfast staple! I slice fruit (usually strawberries, blueberries & banana) and top it all with a little bit of pure maple syrup.

A genuine indulgence. Not at all like health food.

LOVE THESE – hint of sweetness that makes them good enough to eat alone! To make a more sensible breakfast, I top them with peanut butter, ground flaxseed, and a touch of honey (to balance out the flax). Yum!!
