I mix frozen blueberries and plain yogurt in a blender. Top the Kashi waffle with the blueberry puree and then sprinkle chopped walnuts. My favorite breakfast… try it!

Amazing! Once a week a break from my normal breakfast and today I tried the blueberry waffles with organic honey (42g), strawberries (290g), and Better ‘n Peanut Butter (64g) on top. Great taste and only 583 calories and 9g fat!!!!

I have fallen in love with these waffles. I happen to come across these when my original organic brand was out. So, I took these home and was amazed at how tasty they were. So, today I decided to compare my organic brand with the Kashi brand and found out that Kashi was so much more healthier then they organic brand. So, while I always go with organic first, this was a good lesson in taking the time to read the labels to get the whole truth and not just go buy what the marketing information on the front of the box says.

I have already told so many of my customers and guess what I am having for Sunday breakfast in a few hours?

Please stop using SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE in almost every one of your products and then I’ll become your best customer. Every current health book warns to avoid SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE in your diet.

These waffles are ridiculous. I was even able to find a 40 pack at a local whole sale store so I cleaned them out.

I don’t understand why Kashi felt the need to make a line of waffles that contain egg products?? Many people including myself have food allergies to eggs (egg yolks, whites) and cannot eat products that have eggs in them without getting an allergic reaction to them. For a company as dedicated to all things natural and whole grain, this is a huge oversight on their part. I received the Kashi coupons for the free waffles, but had to give them away since I couldn’t eat them. Very sad, since everyone seems to be enjoying them. Don’t overlook your customer base with allergens Kashi!

Blueberry waffle topped with peanutbutter and some sliced strawberries, can’t beat it, and it works for walking out the door with breakfast.

these are GREAT with peanut butter and maple syrup. In comparison, Nature’s Path wafles taste like cardboard.

Why do you have to put soy in them?? I would eat more if they didn’t have that in them.

I like the strawberry waffles the most, they are so sweet that I don’t use syrup…and neither does my three-year old. He doesn’t even ask for it!! I will be adding these to my regular grocery list.

Found these at BJ’s in a Bulk box which really is nice, especially considering how much my little Nephew loves them. Just add a little Smart Balance margarine, some homemade jelly and the kiddo has a healthy whole-grain breakfast/snack. See, I’m a responsible Uncle lol.

OH my goodness are these AMAZING. Blueberry is my favorite, but I love blueberry anything. The strawberry and plain varieties are great as well. Now, I love my waffles with loads of buttery maple as much as the next girl. But here’s some helpful hints to not ruin a perfectly healthy morning indulgence with cups of sugar aka syrup: add some cinnamon and splenda to the top for a sweet n spicy taste without extra cals. Or try fresh fruit or low sugar fruit preserves atop a stack of these babies. They’re excellent with just a light touch of one of these things – finally a healthy waffle! Tons of fiber and protein that I need in my breakfast! :)
