Taste so good. It’s like my alternative to ice cream. Yes, I agree it has a lot of sugar but it’s amazingly tasty! I wouldn’t have it any other way. I would drink this everyday.

Little confused about the amount of sugar.

23g is not a lot if it is natural sugar. Your body needs sugar, especially for breakfast. Read how much sugar is in OJ, then talk to me!

I think people should stop being such sugar downers! Using fake sugar is just cheating and in the end is probably worse for you than if you would eat natural sugar in moderation. I was so happy to find a protein shake that had NO artificial sugar. I couldn’t believe it. I can’t have artificial sugar because it gives me the worst migraines. This is a great tasting protein shake w/out artificial sugar. Thanks Kashi!

I was never a protein shake girl until now, this is delicious and very filling!! I mix two scoops with one cup of vanilla soy milk…it kinda tastes like a healthy milkshake! They even give you a scooper to measure out your portions! I didn’t notice it the first time because it’s buried in the middle, so dig around for it!

I wasn’t able to find this in stores, so I ordered it online from the Kashi store. I hope that more grocery stores will start carrying them soon, especially in FL. But for now, I’ll continue to buy online because I love this so much!!

I absolutely LOVE this.. The taste is among the best I’ve ever experienced for a protein shake and the fact that it has 23g of NATURAL suger does not bother me at all because everyone knows we all need sugar in our diets as well… just not the synthetic kind. Mmmm.:)

yes l21logan99 there are tons of sugars in natural orange juice. and it is horrible for you. the best part of the orange is the fiber and you lose all of that with orange juice. and 23 sugars is outragous. no need for it.

I love this shake! I drink it every morning but haven’t been able to find it at Trader Joes this week. I’m worried! Please never stop making this! If you don’t like the sugar, don’t buy it. More for me!

i love this shake as well! i couldn’t find it yesterday after visiting four grocery stores that normally carry it. finally at the last natural food market i asked an employee about it. he said they stopped making the vanilla flavor and “there are rumors they are going to stop making the chocolate as well”. i’m very disappointed, as this is something i add to my smoothies every day. please kashi, bring this back!
