I absolutely love this protein shake but cannot find it in my local grocery stores any more. I’ve tried other brands and there is no comparison. I’ll order it online but I do hope that you’ll start distributing again in the Chicago area sometime soon!!

I’ve just discovered this shake, and it sounds really good.

The label says pregnant women—and I’m buying it for my pregnant wife—should check with their doctors before using this, but no other protein shake at Trader Joe’s says this. No other protein shake has as much protein or fiber, either, so I’d really like to use this…what is there in this shake that makes it questionable for pregnant women?

Check out vitacost.com to order their shakes. Cheaper than stores!

@ sarroj

Yeah, i was thinking that too. Kashi’s gotta learn to become acquainted with splenda! Except i can understand the affect on the “natural” quality of their food, as well as legal complications =P. They do a fabulous job otherwise.

Whole Foods in Porter Ranch (just south of you) used to carry it, but they will still special order it for you.

Thank you Kashi for not adding splenda or any other unatural sugars! My daughter loves these shakes!! We couldn’t eat this if it had splenda etc. in it, because of migraines. Again, thank you!

Kashi has too much sugar? Kashi uses a sugar naturally found in natural. Therefore, it’s good for your body and digestive system.

To be my own devil’s advocate, yes, Kashi does contain too much sugar if you consume more than the recommended amount of the product in a day.

Food education is a must! = )

Geeeeez people, natural sugar is fine – I eat it and I’m lean and mean. This is a great product.

I think I’ll have to try this as an alternative to SlimFast!

The shakes are very satisfying and not as much sugar as some of the others. We all need those carbs to survive! I’m wondering about the amount of Ginseng in the shake and how that compares to caffeine.

I really like these shakes—both flavors. They are more like a meal substitute than just a shake, having plenty of fiber, protein, and vitamins. But….in Cambridge and Boston, the Trader Joes’ and Whole Foods are no longer carrying Kashi Go Lean Shakes on their shelves! Disappointing to me. I’ll check the local grocery store. These were once more available than they seem to be now. Wonder why…..

I thought this would be delicious, like all other Kashi products I have tried but unfortunately…it was tasteless. I added one scoop to a cup of milk and I thought it would be plenty, but I guess not.

I am also disheartened that the vanilla flavor Go Lean shakes are being discontinued. I love this product. It is the only shake that I drink and I’ve tried a variety. Please bring it back!!!

I would be happy to order it online but I can’t even find it available anywhere? I do hope that you’ll start distributing again in the Philadelphia area sometime soon!!
