I am a on the go mom of 5! I need food that is high in protein, that is quick, and most of all that taste good!!! I enjoy these bars so much I would reccomend them to anyone. My son is in the Marine Corps Recuit Depot at Parris Island. He ask me to send him some protein bars, so I have to send 80 bars, enough for the whole platoon! I hope they enjoy them as much as I do!!!

I really enjoyed these rolls. I work in the fitness industry and am surrounded everyday by all kinds of protein, meal replacement, recovery bars and snacks. But not one of them has the kind of fiber content as these bars have. While it’s true these rolls are sometimes rock hard, it is usually because they are not stored at room temp. Also I found that the closer they get to the exp. date the harder they are. But they taste great, have a good texture and unlike most bars that are soft and brownie like, these kashi rolls take more time to eat and enjoy and therefore help your body feel full. I hope to see more flavors and more stores carry them.

AWESOME PRODUCT; just awesome. I have to diet to lose some extra pounds from my last pregnancy, and Kashi Roll is my best friend. I love sweets, and have candy bar cravings in the afternoon. If I reach for a Kashi roll, it’s satisfying without the sugar spike! Thank you Kashi; you’re making my weight loss goal possible!
My only problem is the availability of this item; it’s tough to find… Our WalMrt. does not carry them anymore…

This is one of the best things I’ve found!! I cannot believe people don’t like it they prefer the cardboard tasting bars that are available in the other kinds of protein bars on the market!?! crazy I really hope that Kashi does NOT take these off the market!! because I see that the sundae ones are gone already :(

olosonl didn't love this. 12 months agoTastewise, these rolls aren’t awful, just about average with other protein bars on the market. This bar claims to have a CHEWY nougat, but rather it is hard as a rock. I suffer from TMJ and after two very small bites my jaw had locked up. Have to throw the whole box out. Also, I was dissappointed to see how high the sugar content is in these bars… not exactly healthy with all that sugar.

Close, but no cigar, Kashi!
I’ve been looking all over for a DECENT tasting meal or snack bar. I say decent because I don’t expect a processed “bar” that’s as healthy as I want it to be to also taste fantastic. This bar is definitely “decent” tasting. BUT…the sugar content is way too high, and it contains fractionated palm kernel oil, which is really bad for you. I might as well buy a treat, like a candy bar or something. This bar DOES NOT taste good enough to be considered a “treat”. So, when I eat something for it’s nutritional value, not for taste…I expect it to actually be good for me! Kashi needs to drop the fractionated palm kernel oil from the recipe, and split the sugar in half, AT LEAST. Then, I’ll buy the bar and be a life long customer. As of yet, this bar is tied with the lower sugar Detour bar. The Detour bar also has fractionated palm kernel oil and it’s lacking in fiber (this Kashi bar wins in the fiber dept.). Detour changes those two issues, and they’ve got me! One of these 2 companies need to do SOMETHING! I just want a bar with low fat, low sugar, high protein, high fiber, and TRULY healthy ingredients! Companies rely way too much on consumers’ ignorance nowadays. If you’re gonna sell yourself as a healthy company, BE healthy. Don’t sneak nasty stuff into your products and hope nobody notices. Is that too much to ask for!?

Why can’t I buy Roll bars anymore? The peanut scare is over now… I used to get them at Costco, but no more. Even a search on the Kashi site brings up nothing.

We can’t find them either. They are perfect for my husband, he is hypoglycemic. I came to this site to see if we could buy them direct, but I guess not.

Saw them at the local super walmart the other day in CA. I’m sure they are probobly in all the walmarts . It was near the pharmacy area in the diet or health food isle.

My husband and I eat one of these a couple of mornings a week for breakfast! We love them and they fill you up for a long time! Because they are so chewy it feels like you are eating a lot!

Kashi roll bars are sweet. They are delicious and perfect to carry me through a good tennis match, or workout. If I want less sugar, I’ll choose a Kashi granola bar instead. Kashi has it all!

I love Kashi, but these Roll bars are a miss for me. From the ones I’ve tried, I’ve found them to be WAY too sweet and the centers have been nearly rock hard and difficult to chew. Seriously, my jaw hurt after chewing one for a while! And I’m pretty disappointed by the ingredient list for these. Look at the first 3 ingredients – brown rice syrup (not a good sign if the very first ingredient is some form of sugar), crystalline fructose (argueably worse than HFCS..higher fructose content and um..arsenic anyone?? google it..) and soy protein isolate (which unfortunately is in a lot of Kashi’s products..why??) These bars also contain mechanically fractionated palm kernel oil which is pretty unhealthy too. Come on Kashi, you should know better than this!

I like these a lot! My wholesale food store sells these by the case, but I hesitate to buy them that way b/c they get kind of tough to bite after a couple weeks. The fresher they are, the tastier they are! If they do get a little hard, I pop one in the microwave for 10 seconds before eating (out of the wrapper on a paper towel /plate)- it softens it right up, and the warm bar tastes good – try it!

Love the Caramel Peanut! I’m not a chocolate fan so I haven’t tried those flavors. The Oatmeal Walnut is OK, but the CPeanut is better and has more flavor. :)
-
okay, i’m sold on these. i’ve been bringing them to work for my lunches with an apple and carrot sticks. i feel so completly happy and satisfied forever after eating these. the only flavor i didn’t love was the chocolate turtle. chocolate peanut was good, but caramel peanut and fudge sundae have a tie for first. i cannot find the oatmeal walnut flavor anywhere! these are way better than any nutrition bar i’ve had. way better than any luna bar in my opinion. i cannot even eat those things they make me sick.
