I felt that this product was too sweet..Im not sure if its very nutritious at all. The ingredients list sugar as the second main ingredient!! Plus it also contains 3 other types of sweetners..I wish it had less sugar.

I was hoping this would taste great and it did. Will definitely look for them in the store this week.

Got my sample, it was great, went to the stores shown by your site search box to use the coupons, and they weren’t available in the size package the coupon was for. The store only had packages with greater numbers of bars in them.

DELICIOUS – didn’t have that protein-bar taste. A very hefty portion for the calories. I will definitely look to buy at the grocery store today!

Liked the new bar. It would be nice to see a size smaller though that could be used for more of a snack! Also made with less sugars.

Does anyone know how many grams of whole grains this bar (and the GoLean crunchy Chocolate Peanut) have?

Our family will not be purchasing the crunchy! bars again…the chocolate caramel bar has chunks of something that looks and tastes like styrofoam…makes me wonder what is in the other bars.

I loved the little pieces of popcorn in this! it was really unexpected

would this be a good dinner meal replacer nutritionally wise for the nights when i work late and am too tired to cook at 9pm?

I usually buy the triple pack at Costco, can you please use a different flavor than the chocolate carmel. Whoever, decided that stale pocorn would be a good addition to this bar was nuts.

I wish all the other bars had nutritional stats like this one. The other ones are higher in calories, which means they’re at 3 Weight Watchers points, rather than the 2 for this bar. They should lower the calories for the other flavors or make them bigger… I love some of the other flavors more, but I feel cheated when I’m eating them sometimes.

We buy the variety box of 24 bars at Sam’s Club (about $22). It’s usually located with the diet supplements and not the mainstream snack bars. The variety box (big red box) has my 3 favorite flavors; almond, caramel and peanut. It is very hard to find tasty treats that focus on the glycemic index (low). My husband is now hooked, leaving the Chex mix bars behind! On a hard to wake up morning they work great for an easy to grab pre-workout breakfast. Thank you Kashi!

mmmmmmmmmmm, definitly my favorite crunchy bars all the others are great too!!!!!!!! I love the little popcorn pieces and all the carmel!!!!! I sometimes use it as a pre work out snack!!!!! I love it it tastes like dessert, sometimes when i really want something sweet and delicious for dessert I will eat this too!!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

its based on protein quality and that’s how %DV is calculated. its not just the function of quantity. for ex, meat or dairy protein is higher quality than protein from grains.

Shariamys.. That must just be an error. I actually just ate the chocolate pretzel and was reading the label and it says it only has 8 g of protein instead of 11.. so there must be some typos on the website!

Can someone please clarrify this for me. In the nutritional information it claims that the chocolate caramel has Protein 8g DV 13%, but the chocolate pretzel has Protein 11g DV 11%. How can 8g, which is less than 11g, equal more of my daily value of protein?

These are great tasting and I feel great eating them, reassured that their nutritional value is helping me get my body to where it needs to be..

The calorie count etc on this bar makes it good as a portable snack but I found it to be way too sweet – and I normally love sweet! Slow-glycemic release or not 14g sugar is equivalent to 2tsp sugar. I won’t buy it again.

I don’t like this flavor at all. It doesn’t taste like Caramel to me.

I buy the bars at Costco and really enjoy them but I don’t like the popcorn pieces in the chocolate caramel bars, they tend to taste like stale popcorn(really chewy not crunchy). The choc. peanut and choc. almond are really great.

i liked these bars but was disappointed when i found they had cryataline fructose in them. the internet also said that crystaline contains arsenic what do you say about this Kashi.

For Stelee…I had trouble finding these at first, too. I found that Walmart carries them, but not in the grocery aisles. Strangely, they’re in the pharmacy section? Check where they have things like slimfast and other ‘diet’ products, that’s where I found them. Good luck!

i agree with everyone on this… these are amazing & a perfect snack before or after a workout! and they have just enough sweetness and crunchyness. yum yum yum!

I love these. I actually feel like I’ve eaten something after I eat one!! They keep me going during my workouts or in between meals. Gotta love them!

I love these bars so much! They taste so good and they supply the perfect afternoon, pre-workout, or post workout snack.

I was very suprised to see that this protein bar has only 25 fat calories out of the total 150 calories. I also was suprised to learn that it has 6 grams of fiber. I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and the bar comes to a total of 2 points, which is low, especially for a protein bar. I had this protein bar pre-workout and it was tasty and filling.
