    I bought a box of the chocolate almond, the chocolate caramel and the chocolate peanut. I liked the other but loved the chocolate almond.

    I never get sick of the Chocolate Almond flavor. So good! And this is one of the best protein bars around. Much better Fat:Carb:Protein ratio than any other protein bar I’ve seen, though Clif is up there, too.

    Finally a protein bar without artificial sweeteners!!!! I’ll take the sugar any day over the health problems sucralose and aspartame cause, which is in other so called health food bars!!!

    I am in love with this bar! I eat it for breakfast along with my cottage cheese or Greek yogurt every morning. I like how this bar is healthy tasting and not overly sweet. I enjoy eating it and feel good afterwards. It gives me energy and a great jumpstart to my day. I look forward to it every morning.

    We buy the variety box of 24 bars at Sam’s Club (about $22). It’s usually located with the diet supplements and not the mainstream snack bars. The variety box (big red box) has my 3 favorite flavors; almond, caramel and peanut. It is very hard to find tasty treats that focus on the glycemic index (low). My husband is now hooked, leaving the Chex mix bars behind! On a hard to wake up morning they work great for an easy to grab pre-workout breakfast. Thank you Kashi!

    This is THE BEST healthy snack bar I have ever had! I’m on Weight Watchers and this works great as a snack between meals and actually keeps me full. DO NOT EVER DISCONTINUE THIS!!!! Me & all my friends LOVE IT!

    These do the trick for me when I am absolutely craving chocolate! They give me my fix without the guilt because they are high in protein and fiber!

    Using weight watchers point calculator, because of the 5g of fat, each bar would equal a 3 point snack. I can claim no more than 4 grahms of fibre per serving. Who do I contact at Kashi to discuss lowering the fat content in their bars ?

    Our family loves these bars and go through several boxes a week. It is getting hard to find them in stock and Wal-mart stopped carrying them near us. I hope they keep making them.

    You can purchase the crunchy bars at Walmart. They are $4.12 a box of 4. It is a nice size
    bar that can replace a lunch. My fav is caramel & peanut.
