How or where is this item available for purchase? My local Target carried them at one time, but everytime I check back – NOTHING! Why are they not available online? It’s too good of a wholesome, nutritrious, FILLING snack to keep hidden from all your CRAVING customers!

I LOVE these. They are the best power bars. The only one’s I’ll eat. I bought the whole box at my local health food store and now can’t find them anywhere. Not even on line. Oh please don’t tell me they are discontinued.

Good God, why on Earth would you quit making these! These were the best protein bars on the market. The new ones SUCK! I was a loyal Kashi customer (frozen meals, crackers, cereal, bars,etc). Why, oh why would you be so cruel!?

I have not Tried this particular Item yet. But I am Sure to be Impressed by it’s Unique flavor and Delicious Amount of Protein and Fiber! GO KASHI!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have gone to every store in town grabbing up all of the Chocolate Malted Crisp Go Lean bars. What is going on? They are the only bars that keep my hunger at bay without a sugar rush! Please don’t discontinue this product.

Have these been discontinued? I can’t find them anywhere! My daughter and I noticed they where not in the store much anymore so when we did find them again we bought the last 12 boxes and haven’t seen the since. Kashi what are you doing? You have a lot of disappointed customers! We need our bars!

I have been obsessively going to my local grocery store for months waiting for them to get in more GOLEAN bars because all they had was the peanut butter and chocolate, which I do love. However, my favorite is the COOKIES AND CREAM!!!! So I told the mangager that if he would order some more that I would buy a whole case of the COOKIES AND CREAM!!! So I came to Kashi’s website to see if I could order some bars from you and no I cannot. So….
Dear Kashi,
No. What are you doing?! PLEASE…bring back the full-sized GOLEAN bars!!! The people do NOT want to “snack”. They want to feel satisfied and healthy. I loved the full-sized bars because they were great sources of carbs/protein, but low in sugar. Perfect on the days that I run! How can I run after I eat a “snack”? If you refuse and are going to torture us with your tiny little bars….I may stop purchasing if the price or taste isn’t just as wonderful since I’m going to have to eat twice as much. And Kashi….COOKIES AND CREAM?! :) Thanks!!!-

I very much agree. Bring back the original bars. Can’t you all stay away from the 100 calorie type of trends and just offer up something tasty and nutritious. If I wanted a snack I would buy one. I feel like this is a way to market to a more mainstream client that is easily fooled because they only look at one factor of the foods they eat.(the calories) Please don’t abandon your loyal educated customers.
My son loved these before swimming and water polo. However, I am not going to feed him a small snack bar and expect him to have enough energy for almost 4 hours of exercise in the pool. That is insane. Please consider bringing the full size bars back.

These taste AWFUL, and are overpriced even if they tasted good, which they don’t. If you want to get rid of Go Lean bars, just stop making them. The original bars were great; I used to buy 14 to 16 per week. I no longer buy any. I’ve switched to Luna and Clif Bars. Anybody here who says these are “good” is a plant!

The chewy bar size was perfect. Please return to the old size. If you refuse to do that, at the very least, please bring back the Cookies N Cream variety. As someone that cannot consume nuts, Kashi was the only brand out there with a few options that didn’t contain nuts (I don’t have reactions to items created in the same plant as nut-items). Having those three options allowed me to eat your bars daily and have a bit of variety. If you’re going to gouge your customers by selling a smaller bar for the old price, the least you could do is gouge your customers with Cookies N Cream bars too.

I agree.. kashi offers bars without nuts in them… they are hard to find.. and NOW.. I won’t be able to have one daily… the chewy bars were better!!!

What happened to my favorite breakfast bar?!?!? I can’t find anything comparable in price, calories, protein, and fiber. This is awful; what will I dooooo? I didn’t even know there were smaller ones. I’ve been badgering Whole Foods about why they don’t stock them anymore, but then I saw Amazon doesn’t have them either and I knew something was wrong. Why does Kashi keep discontinuing my favorite things? Please leave the shredded wheat cereal alone!

The smaller size is TERRIBLE. I used to eat the larger ones every day for breakfast, but won’t any longer since the smaller ones don’t offer enough calories to be a meal replacement. Eating two bars is out of the question since the price didn’t change. And why remove the other flavors? Why bother making the bars at all? Kashi has lost my business over this.

My family and I are EXTREMELY disappointed the original chewy bars (larger size)are discontinued! My husband takes one to work every day as a replacement for breakfast. We had used the bars as a replacement for meals when we hiked part of the Appalachian Trail. The size was perfect and the amount of calories was what we needed. We were planning on taking these bars again in 2012 when we hike the whole Appalachian Trail (all 2,179 miles)! The smaller snack size just isn’t gonna cut it! Why mess with and change a good thing?!

I couldn’t agree more! I have been eating one of either the Chocolate Almond Toffee or Malted ones for breakfast every morning for the last couple of years. They are the perfect breakfast size and I absolutely LOVE the taste! I’ve even gotten other people at my office eating them. Now, all of the sudden, Whole Foods Market says that they’re gone. In my opinion, this was a bad move. If people want smaller, EAT HALF! Like Yahweh1 says… “Why mess with and change a good thing?”

Very disappointed in this product. The taste is “off” when compared to the old product (chewy chocolate malted crisp). I liked having an “appropriately” sized meal replacement bar. This is too small. Need 1 1/2 or 2 to feel “full”. The world has plenty of snack bars. I will not order these again.
