I really wish Kashi would create gluten free snacks and meals. As someone with rheumatoid arthritis, I try to reduce inflammation as much as possible through diet and not drugs. If there were more gluten free products, I would definitely eat Kashi more.

Strawberry Fields is AWESOME! Such a good way to treat myself with something delicious and healthy in the morning. I look forward to waking up and I’ve told everyone I meet at my company’s wellness events to go out and purchase this box of yummy-ness! :)
Since being broke,we do NOT eat out anymore. We have our air on 80 in the house (florida, ugh). We keep all the lights off as much as possible(living in a cave).
We grow our own fruit and vegs in the front garden. We drive as less as possible.
Ny favorites are the Apple cinn heart to heart oatmeal, and the chedder crackers.I do not like the vanilla oatmeal or the garlic crackers which taste like vicks vapor rub.
I’d like to check out beverages, since I’m only drinking decaf coffee and water. Not much else to drink. All in all, I thnk Kashi is doing very well.Very informative also.PLEASE try to get Publix here to stock the apple cinn heart healthy oatmeal!! I don’t understand why they used to sell it, then they sold 0 Kashi, now they only sell vanilla oatmeal. It is driving me crazy.
My family and I hiked up a mountain .Instead of sitting on the coach. We have six people in our family .And our daughters brought their boyfriends.I love time with the family.
I’m sorry I haven’t taken more time to do the kashi polls.I’m relatively new to this it’s been about a year since I’ve signed up on Kashi.com I’ve lost 26lbs sincethen and still have a ways to go. My family loves the kashi products we’ve tried so far. We use reuseable bags for shopping,we filter our water& use reuseable water bottles, we walk as much as possible,we are a 1 car family again & I’ve really made an effort to buy from local farmers as much as possible.
Love all the Kashi cereals. A huge hit in my home and with my clients as a personal trainer.
Kashi, I blame it on you ! You made my family addicts, addicts for the new Pita Crisps ! The original ones we eat with butter, jelly or marmelade and the spicy ones we eat with – well, with everything or just plain naked. Thanks for being infected. Ever any coupons or BOGO-sales in FL ?
All of the ice from out dinner glasses goes out the door after dinner to give the grass a sprinkle-it’s a little, but it’s better than none in the dry summer!
More aqnd more people are eating less meat or no meat at all especially when they learn how animals are treated when raised for our food.
I am in love with kashi Cookies !! .. And they rarely on sale.. Does any one know where can I find Sales on kashi products in FL? Thank You
I guess I will have to track down the companies email address as there are some very jealous people here flagging my post.
lol no need to take up 3 comments about a flake
I have a heart shaped cereal flake that I found in a box of Kashi “Heart to Heart” cereal! (See my avatar) I am trying to locate a Kashi Rep to see if the company may want to purchase it. Please contact me back.
I couldn’t find an email for a Kashi Rep, I want to advise them that I have a perfectly heart shaped Kashi “Heart to Heart” cereal flake! I have just put it up on eBay, but maybe someone here or from the company will want to purchase it? I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it land in my cereal bowl. I have since stored it in safe keeping and I do have the bottom of the cereal box to show the lot number if needed. Thank you…
I sewed my own mesh produce bags to take to the supermarket and to pick up vegetables at the CSA farm that we belong to.
I loved the new pita chips. They were great. Definitely will purchase again
the new kashi cookie chip i like that is good
madegreat granola over sugarfree apple pie
Why is it so hard to find info on Kashi product recalls such as the current one on the pizzas? This information should be posted on the home page! We understand that you aren’t proud of this, but the information needs to be posted to consumers.
i started a new diet and i love the heart healthy cerals and the mocha almond bars love kashi
I so love Golden Goodness!
I am trying Kashi Go Lean AGAIN. I like it but…I’m not sure it likes me! I include many fiber rich foods in my diet daily without any ill effects. In the past Kashi products have made my stomach hurt to the point that I was afraid to eat them. Does anyone know what the problem might be? I can eat Kellogg’s “Fiber Plus w/antioxidants” cereals without any problems. The first ingredient in the Kellogg’s cereal is whole oat flour….Kashi’s is Soy Grits..both cereals have nearly indentical fiber & sugar content. The Kashi is much higher in protein. I hope it goes better this time!Has anyone else had problems digesting the Kashi cereals?
I will have issues if I eat more than a cup a day…if I eat a cup or less, I am fine. Hope that helps!
Maybe it’s a type of food allergy…
I really really really miss your original Kashi Chewy Meal Replacement Bars. The new ones are smaller and do not seem to taste as good. Please please please bring the old ones back. I am willing to pay a higher price for them and I am sure if you took a poll you would find that the majority of the people would also agree with me.
I am a new member of the kashi community. I love their granola bars. My goal is to eat healthier and in the process lose weight. I would appreaciate feedback, recipes, and encouragement.
Two weeks ago, our local grocery chain had a fabulous Kashi sale. I was in, almost daily, stocking up and sharing the joy. I had to make fun of myself at the checkout as I piled up boxes and boxes of Kashi Crisp Cereal and Kashi Blueberry Oat Flake Cereal and boxes of each of the Kashi chewy bars available. As we packed my “GOODS” I talked about how delicious, and nutritious, the bars are and after discussing their favorite flavors, I left at least one bar with each clerk. My friends call me the Kashi Kween :~) You certainly make awesome food, thank you!
I started using reusable/collapsible wheeled carts having a two standard paper bag capacity to put groceries in when grocery shopping. After filling my shoping cart, instead of the check out clerk putting the items in plastic or paper bags, I put the items in my cart, roll the cart to my car and put it in the trunk. When I get home, I roll the cart into the house. Each cart can hold about five plastic bags of groceries. By doing this, I eliminate all those plastic bags and no doubt help with the enviroment by reducing the use of gas/oil to make the plastic bags. Beside, my wife loves the idea since we’ve reduces trips from the car to the house by at least 75%.
That is an AWESOME idea, I’ll have to try that. Another good idea, my grandma has tons of these beach-like bags that she used to store her wool in. We use them while we garage sale and she uses them for grocery shopping :D reuse bags at least people!
my family and I are going green and we love it we feel alot healthyer.
I turn all things off and use only what I need and I got my boys into it and I saved a lot on my bill, my bill came a lot lower.
Thanks much to you and your family for helping our world out by going green, I wish more people realized that we share this earth and we should each do what we can to eliminate waste and promote cheap energy bills.
Hey…want to try the toasted berry crumble. Have not seen it in Tennessee
Kashi cereal is the first natural food I have added to my diet. I received a free sample of the Toasted Berry Crumble and from the first bite I have been hooked! If natural products are this good, it should be easy to make smarter food choices.
the first time i tried Kashi cereals over one year ago i thought they were tasteless and odd textured. However, since i began eating healthy foods, and cutting high sugar cereals out of my diet i have truly found how delicious Kashi is! I add a little vanilla soy milk to my cereal in the morning and absolutely love the chocolate caramel cereal bar! The calorie content is low and the nutritional value high. I have found snacking on a little baggie of 1/2 cup Kashi Original with 1 oz of peanuts a nice substitute is i don’;t have a cereal bar around. I am hooked for life
I was wondering if anybody else is tasting cinnamon in their Autumn Wheat cereal? I am am addicted to Autumn Wheat, but I don’t like the cinnamon flavor with it. Don’t know if they changed the recipe …
Hello, The recipe did not change. Although, the Cinnamon Harvest cereal is produced at the same location as the Autumn Wheat cereal so it’s possible that the cinnamon smell is coming through. If you would like a replacement box, you can contact us at 877-7GRAINS (747-2467). We appreciate the time you took to let us know. Best of Health. From Kathy at Kashi
I TRIED AND LIKE KASHI CEREAL BARS. THANKS.
Hello Everyone! I am part of student marketing group at the University of Oregon. We are doing a proposal for a class on an idea we have involving Kashi cereals. We would like to know how you feel about Kashi being packaged in individual serving size bags. The cereal box would be the same size, but instead of one large bag of cereal, it would contain 8-10 single serving size bags. (There would not be any less cereal than in the standard packaging) Any suggestions or feedback you could us offer would be great! Thanks!
this comment may be too late but ill answer my idea anyhow. If the new idea in packaging would add more packaging, i dont think it would be the greatest idea. I eat kashi for breakfast every day and do not have a problem with it going stale. If i really want it to keep i can just throw it in container. why not make the content bag resealable?
I don’t like that idea, Kashi products have started using less and less packaging. By providing single serving packs, that’s more waste.
What if Kashi sold (or gave away) some refillable cereal containers, kind of like tupperware? Something with an air-tight seal and pouring spout. Then you could use much less packaging at the point-of-sale. Seems like Kashi consumers are the kind that would certainly appreciate this, I know I would!
I have recently decided to go all natural and I’m very excited…I want to share with everyone I know about all the things I can learn from Kaishi about NATURAL FOODS, AND A ALL NATURE LIFESTYE!!!THANK YOU KAISHA (www.eccentricwellness.com)
Can Kashi bring back the Raisin Spice Oatmeal? I’ve tried several “raisin spice” Since they stopped making it and cannot find one that tastes as good as Kashi’s.
Walking and riding bike to reduce my carbon footprint, also recycle everything, have a compost bin in yard. Don’t throw much of anything away, give away clothes and other items free on craigslist.
Enjoying natural food this year!
Third year Involved with “the Greatest Heart Walk and Run” Utica, NY March 5.
Told several ladies at the noon w/o about Kashi chewy granola bars. They were looking for a quick snack on the way back to work!
I have changed my way of eating. I no longer eat unhealthy, junk food. I’ve decided to take my health back. I once weighed 250lbs and now I weigh 232lbs. I try my best to make healthy food choices and workout. I’m looking forward to reaching my goal.
For the 8 days of Hanukkah/Festival of LIGHT and Christmas Season I have disciplined my body, mind and spirit by giving, receiving, fasting and prayers. Dr. Don Colbert, Dr. Jordan Rubin and Kashi Cinnamon Harvest Organic Cereal is a mainstay of this 8 day adventure, plus, Smart Balance All Natural Peanut Butter from Wal-Mart Store. Delight!
TLC crunchy granola bar (roasted almond crunch)is excellent, the best I’ve ever tried.
BUT the cranberry walnut fruit and grain bar is not at all good, sticky and off-tasting.
PLEASE PLEASE research & development team at KASHI, lighten up on the sugar (or sweetness) of the Go Lean cereals. It is overwhelming! Do you use sugar as sweetener or something else. I can’t even eat it without my blood sugar spiking. Thanks.
I purchased the Heart to Heart Oat bran cereal with honey approx 2 weeks ago. I finally found a high fiber nutritious cereal that tastes great. I will look for other products that you offer.
GeorgeG
love it topped with strawberries or bananas
Like a few others who posted, I also just discovered I have a gluten intolerance. I really hope Kashi releases a few gluten-free products soon!
Over the past year I have change my whole diet to eating much healthier, adding Kashi to my mornings has been a big help! I just received the 7 grain snack crackers in the mail and they were great! I now have something new to add to my menu, along with the Pumpkin Spice Bars, that I just tried. Good Snacking!!! Thanks!
My family is no longer eating fast food. Were sticking to healthy natural meals! (This is very recent and im so excited!)
Good for you! Us too.
Fast foods can be killers alongwith all pork products, white sugars, pops, and most all junk foods. I have been dedicated to listening to health experts like Dr. Broer, Dr. Don Colbert, Dr. Rod Parsley, Dr. Oral Roberts, Dr. Morris Cerullo, and many others who live the walk of wholistic health, plus, Dr. McMillen. Great!
Tried Kashi cereal bar today for the first time and I loved it thought it was great! Can’t wait until I can get to try more of their products. I think these cereal bars will be a great replacement for my usual breakfast choices.
wow! I can make changes with small steps! Starting to incorporate breakfast and one that is high in protein so I’m eating Kashi Go Lean Cereal…..tastes great and I think I will try almond milk in it as my next step. No mid morning crash anymore!
I ate the Kashi Frozen food “Mayan Harvest Bake” for dinner tonight and man it was so good and filled me up just right and I feel GREAT after eating it, not filled up, no sluggishness, full of energy. Thanks Kashi for encouraging me to change one small step at a time!
