Recently, you went snowshoeing for the first time. What was that like?
It was awesome – different from anything I’d done before! We wanted to hike at a high elevation because in a few weeks my husband and I are climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania...
Did the experience change your view of "adventure"?
Yes! Snowshoeing definitely made me want to try more new things. It gave me a sense of accomplishment and it was a lot of fun. Sure, we were exhausted, but afterward we treated ourselves to a huge dinner. And it was a great workout...
