Sunie loves to travel and stay active. Jason is an avid outdoors enthusiast who loves to meet new people. Kerri is a full-time yoga instructor and loves freshly-picked veggies. Giovanna is passionate about natural foods and cooking and Lexi loves organic gardening but indulges in dark chocolate from time to time. All of them are looking forward to helping you find your way around the event.

At our live cooking demonstrations Giovanna will show you, step by step, how to create Kashi® Hearty Banana Muffins, tasty fruit smoothies using Silk® Soymilk and two colorful and mouth-watering recipes using Kashi™ Pilaf. These recipes are sure to satisfy your taste buds and nourish your body.
Join us in the Kashi Yoga Studio
The healing properties of yoga for your mind and body have been known for thousands of years. Join Kerri in the yoga tent for a mini-session in hatha-vinyasa yoga and meditation. Kerri’s practice is rooted in ancient traditions of breathwork, mindfulness and gratitude for life’s many gifts, so it’s suitable for all ages and levels. Who knows, you may even learn to stand on your hands!
