Community Guidelines
The Kashi Community was created to help you to get motivated, set goals, and create change. Please share your comments, experiences, and suggestions; connecting with others plays a powerful role in healthy living!
Our community is user-moderated. Please flag comments that violate the guidelines below. All flagged comments will be reviewed promptly and removed if necessary. Remember to flag with care. Kashi reserves the right to remove content that doesn’t follow the guidelines, to cancel your membership in the Kashi Community, and to change these guidelines at any time.
We have a few common-sense guidelines to help ensure that everyone has the best experience possible:
- Be respectful when making comments, whether on an article or on someone’s accomplishment. You are entitled to your own opinion, but please be respectful when offering differing viewpoints. No personal attacks will be tolerated. Let’s keep this a positive place!
- This community does not tolerate disrespectful language or content. This includes profanity, sexually suggestive or explicit language, and hateful or derogatory comments.
- Protecting your personal information is important. You can maintain your privacy by not posting personal information about yourself, your friends, or your family.
- Advice may be given and taken freely. However, please don’t discuss or encourage any illegal, violent, or harmful activities. If you need help with a serious medical or personal problem, consult a professional.
- No spam! This is not a place to market yourself or your services.
- Uploaded photographs and content that you post must be your own, original work and must not violate any copyright laws. Images may not contain inappropriate content or nudity.
We strive to make the Kashi Community a safe, positive place for everyone. That’s why your use of this site must comply with local, state, and federal rules, regulations, and laws. If any activity is believed to be illegal in nature, then it will be investigated and reported to the appropriate authorities. Kashi will cooperate with authorities if legal action is required.
Thank you for taking our guidelines seriously.
