Be so inclined
Strength trainers: If you find yourself hitting a plateau with regard to your weight lifting routine, try incorporating more moves at an incline. Using the incline weight bench or an uneven step bench to perform moves like a chest press, butt lift, or leg lift challenges your muscles in a slightly different — and often more challenging — way. Today, challenge yourself to be so inclined that you work yourself a little harder.
