Chai for a change
Not a tea drinker? Or maybe your tea tastes run toward the traditional? Embrace another sort of tradition by trying a chai. Chai is a richly spiced tea that has been brewed for centuries around the world, namely in India. Chai is a black tea enhanced by varied spices, including cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, pepper, and ginger. It is served hot, often with milk. When you order chai in a café, be sure to ask whether they serve theirs spicy or sweet. (All forms contain spices, but some are much sweeter than others.) Today, challenge yourself to replace your usual hot beverage with a chai for a change.

I made my own chai by buying one Bigelow vanilla chai tea bag and seeping it in boiling water.
basically, I used 3/4 cup of water, and then warmed up 1/4 cup of milk. Splenda really gave it that chai taste. I ended up brewing another bag for even greater flavor.
It is much cheaper and less caloric this way.
