    You find what you look for example: If you your looking for reasons to be happy and blessed you find it…it works the other way around too.

    Do a nice, slow stretch every day. It can be 5 minutes it can be an hour. Always makes me feel relaxed when I’m stressing out (:

    I have found that if you start the day off with upbeat music then your day and your outlook will also be upbeat.

    How “ironic” that you challenge this when I just started reading the book, “THE SECRET”. You can be sure that my life will be uplifted with my thoughts! Only I, can control my thoughts.

    lookng to the sliver lineing in the sky is super hard ! but with a little inspation you can do anything ! i decide to think positve bout the test am takeing today for school!:) so neverous ! but am smart and know i can do it! i 3> kashi

    Lately, my job has been very stressful. It is hard for me to look on the bright side when people around me are just as unhappy. I want to be able to have a good day at work since it has been a while and I will not let anything get me down tomorrow!

      I know how you feel! I had a friend throughout high school who did nothing but complain, even on good days. it’s tough! listen to a song that makes you happy and REALLY listen to it..breath deep and think of absolutely nothing but the words and your breathing :) it always makes me feel better at least lol
