Useful extras
Add a minute (or two)
Whatever you do for exercise today, add a minute (or two, or three…) to your plan. Walking to work? Put in an extra spin around the block. Running stairs? Go the extra flight. Today, challenge yourself to live the principle of pushing yourself to do “just one more.“

I started 1 week ago eating more natural foods and whole grains on a daily basis in an effort to shed a few unncessary pounds and try to live a healthier life. I never ate cereal unless it was loaded with sugar. I am glad to say I’m on my 4th box of Kashi Go Lean Crunch, have drank nothing but water, eat fruits at breakfast & lunch with loads of green leafy vegetables. The first week was tough but the cereal helped me get the sweet tooth out of my system! Now I’m beginning to feel better, I try to power walk for 30 minutes at the very least every other day and I lost 2 lbs!

I started on March-22. I walked an early morning 1 hour walk and just purchased some granola bars and GO Lean cereal I hope this helps me be more healthy thanks!

I just started my challenge on Monday March 15, 2010. I just recently purchased my first box of cereal from Kashi. The GO Lean Crisp “Toasted Berry Crumble” It is amazing. I will be telling all of my friends about it. I just can’t seem to get enough of it. Thank you so much. I know it will help me become more healthy.
