Thought nut “cheese” was for vegans only? Think again! Nut cheese can be a delicious, nutritious addition to your cooking arsenal. Nut cheeses are based on many different nuts, including cashews, macadamia, and almonds. Exotic additions like dulse, hemp, and algae make for interesting flavors. Today, challenge yourself to give a commercially prepared or homemade nut cheese a try.

I am so happy with your new campaign ads that take an egg, eggs are not good protein, and say that you can get that much protein in your cereal! Great ad! Thanks again Kashi

I’ve never tried nut cheese, but after reading this challenge, I plan on buying some the next time I go to Whole Foods! I like soy cheese as a substitute for real cheese. I am not a vegan, but I don’t like real cheese.
