Do something you dislike
Sticking to your favorite workouts is fine, for the most part. But it sure doesn’t shake things up when you need new inspiration! Trying something you either don’t like or don’t think you’ll enjoy is a good way to open your mind and keep your options open. Today, challenge yourself to do the opposite of your usual routine. If you like classes, jog alone. If running solo strikes your fancy, try a group dance class. Shake things up and test yourself!
