This is the second week of my journey to a healthier me. I have been starting my day with Kashi Go Lean Crunch mixed with low fat yogurt and fruit. It starts my day off well but usually around dinner time or after I crash and burn- snacking mindlessly. I promised myself to not get discouraged and keep going. Already have lost a few pounds. I just got a scale to track my progress. Here we go! Good luck to you all out there!

I recently gave birth to my third child Feb 5th. In the past with my other two chidlren I really didn’t have a prenatal or postnatal workout or diet plan. Results: I kept on a lot of weight. With this baby I vowed to do things different. I walked/jogged throughout my entire pregnancy 1-3 miles a day, and was careful what I ate. After I gave birth I started it up again the next week. Since then I have been faithful to eat healthier (lots of salads, veggies, fruits and whole grains – I LOVE kashi for making the whole grains easier) and am melting pounds! Am doing 4mile walking/jogging intervals and am losing 1-2 lbs a week even breastfeeding! Taking the cuts in extra calories and being diligent with an exercise program REALLY help.

I have struggled with weight my entire life. When I was at the doc in February, she put me back on Diabetes meds. I had been on them before but took weight off and was taken off. WELL, I put the weight back on :( and had to be put back on the meds. I am now on a journey to get rid of the weight plus some. I have lost 11 pounds since the first of February! I have added Kashi foods to my diet for several reasons.

Hi All, Today, I paid close attention to my caloric intake. I ate the Mayan bake for lunch and ate small snacks prir to dinner. I had a great strength training workout. I have been constantly moving/cleaning/organizing to burn some calories after dinner. I want desperately to lose at least 1-2 lbs a week

Hello! I’m new here so any and all advice is warmly welcomed. I started my day with Heart to Heart Honey Oat cereal and it was good! I’d like to try the Kashi Go Lean Cruncy Honey Almond Flax—how is that? I have been making small changes, like adding Kashi products into my current diet and I am losing anywhere from 1-3 pounds a week.

I’m trying to lose some of the weight I gained during medical treatment. I’ve been a pescetarian for awhile but have resorted to high-carb & fatty “comfort foods” during this time. Thanks Kashi for helping me get back on track, & motivating me to ease back in to regular exercise & healthier snack options!!

I have introduced several new lifestyle changes for me since Jan 1, 2010 and to date have lost 22 puonds with simple substitutions to my diet and 45 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week. I have completely cut out red meat and have incorporated at least 30 grams of fiber in my diet. Pizza is my Achilles heal, however all of the Kashi pizza I have tried (Spinach and mushroom, Mediterranean Vegetable and Roasted Vegetable so far) have been very satisfying but still feeling like I am not depriving myself. Thanks Kashi.

SkyeKat over 1 year agoGood for you!! I too have made changes and have made up my mind to take better care of myself. 9 pounds down! Pizza is my trigger food and I’ve turned to Lean Cusine for the once a week indulgence. How does Kashi Pizza compare? Is it sold in the regular “pizza” section?

Kashi pizza is delicious! My favorites are Mexicali Black Bean, Spinach and Mushroom, and Roasted Vegetable, but I haven’t tried all of their varieties…yet. :)
Yes, they’re sold in the regular pizza section. -

I love the Roasted Veggie Kashi pizza. Delish. I have been keeping a food journal for over a month now and have realized that I am eating out at least once (and sometimes twice) a day every day. No wonder the scale hasn’t moved!
