I have challenge myself to walk 4 laps around my house. I live on 4 acres. Every week I increase my walk or/and run. The first week. I walked 4 laps. The second week, I walked 3 and ran one – the hump day I ran 2 and walk 4. I feel great.

Since the weather is starting to get nicer and the roads are clear to jog on, I have been taking my two Labradors with me on my jogs. I go further and push myself harder when they are with me. I love their endurance and their drive, they inspire me and it is nice to run with a pack. I will continue to push myself!

I did 50 sit ups rather than 35 yesterday and even bought some extra fruits and veggies rather than other snacks. Today I went to the gym and worked out extra hard for about an hour and a half!! Yay ;-)

It actually feels good to push myself just one more of all of my exercises.

I have heard that if you can push through the last 10 seconds of whatever it is you are doing, you will see better results. Tonight when I go to the gym, I am going to challenge myself to push through one minute more!
