Stuck at a desk working all day? Make your seat work for you! You can do strength training with just a resistance band and a chair. Today, challenge yourself to break up your workday with a little muscle building. The Mayo Clinic has some great videos for using resistance bands in a seated position to build strength.

    Sitting at my desk can get really boring and sometimes makes me tired! So, to help improve that I’ll stand up and do a few exercises! Working my caves and abs today. Sit on the edge of your chair and do a few crunchs. Surprising it feels good. Stand up and lift your body up on your toes. Great Cave workout and it really works
