Make a bath tea

By Kashi
Challenge Yourself for: 24 Hours

Challenge yourself to end your day with a nice, long soak in a tub scented with fragrant herbs. Gather dried or fresh herbs—lavender, chamomile, and hops are known for their soothing scents—in a bit of cheesecloth, tie with a string, and let the bundle steep in the tub while you bathe.

Baking soda is quite refreshing in a herbal bath. Try it you will like it… such a smooth silky feeling. Ahhh soooo nice!

Is there a special dried mustard that you use? Or is it just the kind at the grocery store? How much do you use? Thanks for sharing. . .

Dried mustard is very good for a btah soak. It gets a lot of toxins out & is very invigorating. It does not smell like mustard either! Try it…I dare YOU!
