Keep track of your laps
In your daily walks through the city, challenge yourself to keep track of how much ground you’ve covered using this simple trick: Place four pennies and a handful of nickels in a left-side pocket. Each time you finish a block, move one penny from your left pocket to the right. Each time you build up to four pennies in the right pocket, move a nickel to that pocket, transfer the pennies back to the left side, and begin all over again. At the end of the day, add it all up—the nickels equal five blocks and the pennies account for one block each.

This is a great idea, especially if you are walking with a friend, I always lose track of how far I have walked. Thanks.
I love to walk!
I’m walking!!
I live in the country and don’t drive. What distance would equal a block?
Well, here I go… on the road to a healthier, more successful me! The dietician @ my work always suggests Kashi products & what I have tasted- I love. Looking over the website I am very impressed. I look forward to utilizing as many of the tools offered that I can. Going on that walk with coins today!
