Think outside...the mall
A heads up for walkers: Researchers at the University of Essex found that walking in nature improved people’s mood in 88 percent of their subjects, compared to mall walking, which left 45 percent feeling even worse! Although you should do what feels right to you—and some exercise is better than none—today, challenge yourself to get some fresh air in lieu of an indoor workout if at all possible.

I enjoyed taking nice walks while on vacation in Florida recently… I really loved the warm air and easy strolling, since i am just now getting back to exercising. Now that i am “back to reality” up north, where its MUCH chillier, i have to purpose myself to get out there. Hopefully, someday, exercise will be second-nature to me like it used to be. ... Kinda missing Florida! LOL

after I accepted this challenge I started to go through some really stressful times with the possibility of a friend going to the psych ward and not telling me goodbye, I actually thought he was gone that day and went for a nice hike in the woods around my school and there is just something about being close to nature that makes me feel close to God

During my lunch, I walk the paved trail along the river. I get some exercise while relieving some stress and enjoying the outdoors.
