I use to work out at the gym by myself. I recently met a group of ladies at church that also wanted to work but did not want to pay for a gym so we started meeting three nights a week at our church. We have a big screen and dvd player that we project a work out dvd too and off we go. Free and fun – we really enjoy the time together. The Leslie Sanborn walking tapes are our favorites.

My husband and I frequent Bikram Yoga in our neighborhood 3-5 times a week. We spend much quiet, albeit, hot timess together and have made some interesting and fun freindships. Doing this has increased our concentration, get our figures in shape and has increased our tolerance for hot climates. Miami here we come!

I used to experience lonely workouts at the gym, but started taking some of the classes they offer (Spin, Zumba, Kickboxing, Water Aerobics, Crunch). Not only do I have more lively and fun workouts now, but I have developed several friendships. I’m all in favor of daily exercise, especially fun daily exercise.
